I Purchased 10 robot and pay the money but after taking the money they are not installing the software and not returning the money.

I AM PARTESHWAR MISHRA. WE HAVE PAID RS 15035.04 on dt 10.01.2024 For purchasing algo software. But company executives ROSHNI not update software and now we are saying to return my money but don't refund my money. Our invoice make a fraud type my name and address change in invoice. we have complaints the company mail id but no response.
Please take action against this company and refund tha money. We have attached invoice and agreement of this company.

After insisting me, the total amount is 52 thousand 136 rupees.
They took the money and disconnected me.I humbly request you to refund my money.They have cheated me by causing a lot of emotional distress.I humbly request you to take appropriate action against this fraud company and refund my money.

I got a call on 29/4/2023 of a sales executive from Ftxtradingsoftware.com, her name was Rupali. She asked me to purchase basic software worth 18, 600 which was supposed to provide daily profit of minimum[protected]. After purchasing software, they took 5 days to activate it and after activation I found it was simply giving 200 - 300 profit with 28000 account balance (broker account balance). When I asked Rupali about her false claims, she said the bot is not working properly since 1 week, earlier it was working very well and I’ll have to purchase a new bot to get[protected] profit on daily basis, for which I’ll have to pay 3600 more. I again paid 3600 but nothing changed. Then I got a call from gayatri, she said she is from retention team of Ftxtradingsoftware.com and if I purchase a VIP bot worth 88000 then I can get an assured profit of[protected] everyday with 1.5 lack in broker account. I told them I do not have that much of money to purchase then she gave me a partial payment option and asked me to pay 30000 now and remaining next month. I asked them to send me a mail from their business account and write about every claim she makes in that email and along with that I also wanted her to mention that if my VIP bot doesn’t get activated in 24 hours then the company will refund my all money. She sent me the mail with all the mentioned details in it. Then I paid 30000 again but after payment they said it will be activated by end of day, it’s been 10 days now and it is still not activated. Now they don’t even respond my messages and calls. Today I got a message from them and she asked money again to activate the VIP bot but when I asked about my refund, she ignored the message and did not reply. I texted Rupali as well but she also just read the message and does not reply. Now talking about basic bot which is activated, since 3 days it is providing heavy loss, I don’t event believe they have the actual bot, I think the whole trading happens by them is manually only and that is also to scam more money from the client.
This whole company is fraud, lets come together to shut this fraudulent company so that they unable to scam anyone else.

Following is the brief story of how I was fraudulently trapped by Mr. Arsat of FTX Trading Software

Around 15-20 days back I got a call from the company's executive Miss Varsha regarding the software sale. She told me about various software trading options. After 20 days I was ready to purchase the gold trading software.
Accordingly I paid the charges for basic Gold software. After payment the next day Miss Varsha told me that I have to pay an additional 70$ per quarter to run this software. This information was never told to me earlier. So I told Miss Varsha that I don`t want to proceed further so please return my money back to me. Then Mr Asrat came to the picture and he told me he is a manager and he assured me that I will get Rs 2000 per day from this Gold trading account. So I go by his word. In the evening Mr.Asrat called me and said that there are some vouchers available and he will give me the premium gold software by paying an additional 44000/-. So I asked him what the difference is between basic and premium software. So told me that I will get assured Rs 5000 per day if I buy the premium software. So again I relied on his word and paid an additional 44000/-.
Later that evening my trading started and next morning when I checked there was a loss of 300$ on the first day of trading.
So I called Mr Asrat and told me that all your commitments are fraudulent and I think I have been cheated by you and your Company. So I requested him that I am ready to take that loss but just return my charges of software which are around Rs 85000/-. After that conversation Mr. Asrat started avoiding my calls. I called him around 50 times but he never answered or showed any professionalism of calling me back.

Since then my trading to the account has been stopped and I have been trapped.

On there website following email address were given and all the ID are fake as all the mail sent to those ID were bounced.

I purchased currency software and deposited the money after ensuring everything will be profitable and capital will not be lost but after 3 days of trading this software making losses and trading with a big lot size to recover the loss this software was trading so much risk finally I lost all my capital amount, thereafter my account manager stop responding me and another agent was misbehaving with my and they were also not responding on mail also

finally, they told me they can't refund my amount and it's my responsibility to bear the losses - please don't waste your money on this company
I'm also trying to file a legal action against this company

This Ftx trading is a fraud company.
They are simply looting people by false commitment. Later they will not support. Their robot is not capable for making profit. And every 3rd day robot giving heavy loss. And they are committing if robot is not able to give profit then amount will be refundable. But when we ask for refund, first they will not answer over phone, and any how we contact them they will give false statements and will not refund the amount. Employee of this company are also fraud only. Even management also fraud. This company not trusted. They just looting the money.

Hi even i have purchased a software in july 2022, its a fraud company all addresses given are fake, and all linked companies where you are making payment Gleam Global Services India Pvt Ltd is also fake none of them are available in the registered or given addresses on website.

I purchased robo software, at thetime of purchase of soft ware they given full security to the invested principle amout but after successfull run of after one month my total investment i loosed, then i ask the company executives, they are not given proper answer, and they suggested again deposit and will recover previous loss, this is spam and fraud company, i how to recovered my occured losses. please help me any body
