I placed an order on Fusion Collection website on 17.10.21, but I haven't received my order or any update from the company apart from the first order confirmation email. I tried to contact but they have not provided any contact details in their website also. Later I checked and found some you tube videos that the website is fake. I'm attaching detailed photos. Please help to refund my money....

Hello, This Site was fake my wife order for this site kitchen material online G-pay payment transfer but still not yet delivery....

On 07th of October 2021 i was watching videos in you tube and there; i saw an ad of fusion collection(e commerce shopping website) showing some interesting kitchen products at a discounted price.Than after i visited the website and order an item costing Rs.239 with delivery charges of Rs.29.The delivery time was 4-5 days.I was waited since 14th of October 2021 but there was no such delivery happens.

Therefore i decided to compliant...

I requested to refund from fusion collection... Today i purchase 2 things from this website... But after that i get to know this is a fraud... Because it doesn't provide any customer care number or any mail... Not. Only this.. Most of the people does not recive their product after paying mony... My order number is..85634...i get know about this website from.you tube... And it is really fraud.. So. I want to refund from this... Plz... Help...
