Amount not being credited after FD maturity on 26.01.2023
Future Group has not paid me the matured amount of the FD. The maturity date was 26 January 2023. The email id and the contact number in the FD receipt are not working. details are below Name: Pankaj Kumar

I have invested in the Online Fixed Deposit of Future Enterprises Limited Company (www.felindia.com) of Future Group. My fixed deposit has matured. After maturing I tried to contact Future Group but their number[protected],[protected],[protected] is switched off and I have sent lots of mails (trailing mail for ref.). But, there is no response on their emails.

We are holding 2 FD'S at FEL and i have sent premature withdrawal request to FEL . Tried reaching the team but none of the numbers are working . sent several mails, the mails are delivered but no response from the team. I have made other commitments considering the maturity amount that I will be getting now. Visited big bazaar which is now converted to smart point bazaar but the official say they have no clue. We tried reaching other partners store but all of them are closed ( brand factory, pantaloons etc ). My amount is struck . please help

I have invested in Fixed Deposit Scheme (Senior Citizen) in Future Enterprises Ltd vide FDR No.[protected] dated 4.10.2019. Till last financial year[protected], the Company has been issuing TDS details which are available in TRACES Form 26AS.
However, the Company has not provided details of TDS deducted on interest earned on Fixed Deposit for the financial year 2021-22. The Company has not uploaded the TDS return on IT Deptt website in the absence of which I am enable to view TDS deductions in Form 26AS.
As a result, I am not in a position to file my IT return for AY 2022-23 so as to claim refund of TDS. I have sent number of mails to Company regarding this but all in vain.
The Company is requested to expsdite necessary action to enable me to file IT Return well before the last date i.e. 31 July 2022.

I had made fixed deposit of ₹50 000 which was due for maturity payment in month of March 2022. So far not received the amount inspite of repeated requests over mails and phone calls. Being a house wife am finding it difficult to manage. Request all concerned
