I want changes pf portel name correction but company person not responding....

I have ordered denim pant on brand factory online store on nov 3, my order was delivered on 8th nov to my address. Due to fit problem i wanted to return order and initiated return request on 11th nov. But still now return pickup was not completed & refund not given.in daily basis i called customer support team regarding this but no action was taking from their end & simply saying pickup will done in 2 days. Same dialogue every support team...
