Sir, earlier I open my trading and demat account with fyer but later due to some personal reason I requested fyer to close my demat and trading account and delete all kyc data from database.
Account has been disabled but kyc data not removed from fyer database.

Hi, I opened a demat account with fyers securities on APRIL 2020. After opening I was not able to add the funds and I have sent so many mails about that issue. Generally I manage funds through UPI with other brokers also. They have that upi feature but not working. So I mailed them to close my demat account and they are not doing it. Even they are charging money also. They dont read my mails and replying some irrelevant mail.

Please take the necessary actions to resolve my problem.Thank You

I opened demat acount in fyers 2 months ago. Initialy they promised they have best charting platform and i can trade flawlessly but i am facing charting issues. I raised complaint regarding it. Its been 2 months and they still resolve my issue. Because of that issue i couldnt tarde. When every i call them they arent responding in a proper way. Please help me.
