I have ordered 15 litre edible oil in the month of April..till now the order is not delivered and also did not refund.. WhatsApp number is not available and calls are also not going...it's showing on the app like store is blocked and closed due to covid please help us 🙏🏻🙏🏻 please please deliver...

I have placed an order number 163-V3 for cooking oil on 24/04/2021 and made a payment online for Rs.1025.89.
I have got confirmation SMS about shipping. Order was to be delivered by 04/05/2021.
It didn't reach me by given time.
I have contacted seller trough WhatsApp and got apology for delay of order, caused by lockdown. Seller ensured me that Delivery will be done by 12/05/2021.
It didn't come to me again.br...
