Date: 23-March:
I had slow charging issue in my Motorola one power mobile. Apparently, they have replaced cc board in mobile and charged 1150 rupees but while I reached home, the mobile charging was even worst and taking more than 24 hours to charge mobile fully, The other issue was that the screen was spotted by glue. I called next day and told about issue.
Date: 30-March:
The person was not ready to repair and saying that come tomorrow and misbehaving. I informed that I will call police and his person called his owner to address concern, but to my surprise, owner has started threatening. I told that I will go to consumer court, to which he was least concerned. I did not call police as this is clearly consumer service issue to which I think that this is right forum to get the issue addressed.

Let me know if you need any more information to address issue. I have receipt of payment and His recording to not agreeing to mobile repair.

Kindly help on this!

Gadzetspro owner and customer service are very slow to respond, will not give proper information on what repairs are to be done and charge extra. They take hours to respond, and I'm yet to receive my phone.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Said will give original screen replacement, but given fake screen. already damaged and not properly fitted. Also damaged the body, the phone became extra thick after repair, which states phone was not properly repaired. the same was said in regular Samsung show room when I went for exchange. they basically ruined by 22k phone and charged me 6.5 for ruining it. unfortunately I was in hurry and couldn't do better. but don't fall for these scammers. better throw away your phone then giving it to GadzetsPro.com .. located opposite of Phoenix mall Bengaluru

These people are actually mobile frauds. Dont give your fones to them . I sincerely requesting you all. Thye took my fone. Now in corona pandemic, even I cant go outside to by a fone and not able to order a new one online. as due to corona situation, mobile fones are not delivered.

you can understand how you will feed when you are isolated and not having a phone.

Gadzetspro.com this is a # fraud company. Do not trust this business. Total unethical. They are there to fraud and cheat people. The owner has started this business to fooling people by different names. First they pick the item giving some very less estimates. Then after picking the item they tell us that the estimate is wrong and charge us more. Very cheap & fraud company. The owner is a slum dog. They charge for the delivery. # owner....

Mobile took for varification on[protected] & when i called after a week they told me getting spare parts from others place give some days, again after i called after 15 days they are telling there is issue of spare not getting in market & i said please return my phone...He told me give me some days make sure that i will make return..then i waited few days again i caleed he not responsing my pnone calls ... he blaming who are you & not given any phone here...I have receipt of this company...still date i have not received my phone.Please help me return my phone..Its brand new phone sony experai XA plus costing around Rs 20000...Details bill attached.
