First they have message me and gave me offer of form filling job of per form 25 rs they tell me it take only 2-3 hours in a day. But it taking 5-9 in a day of 600 forms in 5 days. Tell told you not completing you have to give fine of rs 6500. The work is were hard it tak 10 days for work. And there are calling me for fine and telling you have got legal notice . Other we will case on you In police station . So please help me. Thank you.

After getting this job I worked 4 days they gave me 700 forms to fill I completed 510 forms and on 5th day my ID blocked when contacted them they said you have breaked company rules for multiple login logout and you have to 4000 Rs security deposit for unblock your ID and you will receive refund with your salary I'm didn't payed them they said we will send you legal notice. And called many times.

700 forms for 17500 in 6 days.
I lost 28k
They are threatening legal action if i don't pay 15k more.

Gamma enterprises asked for on line data entry job, i agreed for same.
They asked for esigning of form where no terms and conditions were mentioned.
The job was to fill 700 online forms in 6 days if forms are not fill then you can extend for 3 days.
As I couldn't fill the form in 6 days hence the called me and told to pay 4000 rs for extention and if I do not complete job then I have to pay 25000 rs the told.
They are telling you have signed agreement hence you have to pay 25000 rs because you have not complete the work.

700 form fillup karne ke liye bola but 4 days mein 584 form fillip kar diya same day 585 form jab aya wah par qc testing dikha raha hai aur mukhe 4000 pay karne ke liye bol rahe hai totally fraud and harrasment company they cheated people please file a case against this company

Gamma Enterprises is threatening me to pay money and said if i dont pay the money they will file a case against me .

So I am finding part time job because I am college student . So I go on Quikr website I apply some jobs and after some time I get message from this company on WhatsApp.They told me to complete this job and I told ok I will.They give me 6 days to complete 700 forms and it is not possible to do .Now they are calling me and file a case.

I have paid security deposit of 85000/- which is not refunded.

My salary of 17500/- is not credited.

After logging into the website I got suspicious so I searched the name of this company on google and realized that this company is a fraud. When I asked them for the company registration document they refused to give it and told me that you are now logged in, you have to complete the work or else you have to pay penalty Rs 4000. I told them that, I have realized they are fraud and also they are not registered company, I checked on MCA Portal. Now I have blocked their contacts and not going to answer any call from them. Most of online data entry job providers are fraud. We have to take precautions before investing money and sharing personal data. Let me know if I have to do anything for this case.

At first they spoke politely then after a while their language changed and they started to threaten me that if you don't pay then we will file an complaint against you and report to police if you don't pay .

I have timely logged in and logged out before going offline, when they
provided my log detail on their portal gamaenterprises pvt ltd, entry of my IP
address not find in a single login/logout, that is I found is suspicious and
doubtful and want to report this cyber crime, I have not paid any charges as
of now, kindly help me in case of any legal action. I have blocked all the
mobile numbers I was receiving calls, they are asking for 4000 security deposit since login/logout mismatched, I have not found an single entry of IP address matching with my IP address
