Need serious attention towards the complaint against "ganesh furniture" which is in pune (Near kothrud depot). These guys has fooled us around for making the furniture within timelines since more than 3 months chasing for the completion of customize bed and cupboard. Half the payment made still the work pending.. The basic thing hydraylic pump not yet placed so its manual lift of the bed.

I have booked a 5x6ft bed cum mattress from the shop mentioned below on 3rd August 2013. I was told that I would get the delivery on the same day at night, but due to my unavailability at home I asked to deliver on Sunday evening. I got the delivery on Sunday night at 10:15PM (very odd time for a family get delivery for furniture). At first sight the bed looked smaller in dimension than the ordered one, but the delivery guys denied this....
