I entered into an agreement with this company on 18th May for distributorship of their telemarketing products - they committed 2-3 deliveries per day for me. I paid a security deposit of 20K to them. They sent me some stocks on 25th May.
Since 40 days they have not sent any order, they don't pick up my calls, they don't reply to my mails.
It very much seems that this is a fraud company - please advise on how to get my deposit...

We are an NGO called prayatna school of excellence working for child education in gurgaon for more than 2 years.
We had given the project for our website development to m/s GAP Infotech who provide these services.
