While iam paying my slice repayment the money deducted from my account but not recieved by merchant and more than 3 months completed till now the money not refunded...

Slicepay is a company offering credit to be repaid as emi. I used my virtual credit card to make a purchase of 5274 and wanted to pay the credit by end of month. I cancelled the order and recieved refund to my virtual account after my billling cycle for the month ended. My card got cancelled right before refund came. Now my refunded cash is in with slicepay while i pay emi for it. Im unable to use the cash in the slicepay account because...
