GATI cargo packers and movers picked household goods from my Bangalore residence on 25-dec-2021 for delivery to Ramgarh (Jharkhand), estimated duration for delivery was told to be 15 days.

However, till now (45 days +) goods are not delivered and there whereabouts is unknown. in-between when asked for updates, they provided various false information and dates.

Now they have stopped picking my phone calls also.

Please help.

I have booked packers and movers from delhi ashok vihar to Rishikesh on 30th June and all things were done on the same day.As per discussion with them it would be delivered on next day morning but when I were called to them for status they said it would be delivered by today evening and they stopped picking up my phone.Some how I contacted on there other number than they said vehicle got some issue so we sifted your things to others vehicle and it would be delivered by tomorrow morning 10am or 11am for sure but nothing happened next day morning than I tried to contact them again they didn't take my call till midday than they again telling me the same story of vehicle got some issue we send another vehicle you would get the things by tomorrow morning.
And as per our discussion about the rate they change all the rate they send me bill after two days after so many requests did from my side for the same.
I have no current status of my thing no vehicle number, location, driver name and number provide by them I m requesting them continuously.

I have all the phone call recording on my phone whatever conversation happened between company person and me .

Please take some action against the same on urgent basis.
