Harassment
I am being harassed by the GE Money Financial Services Ltd. Credit Card Company I was holding Credit Card No.[protected]. and had a outstanding of Amt.Rs 32, 367/- as on 10.02.2007. which, I was told to pay. I have made payments as per Suggested by GE Money of Rs.32, 367/- (Thirty two thousand three hundred sixty seven only ) by cheque No.225967 drawn on The Rajapur Co-Op. Bank Ltd. dated 13.02.2008 which was clear on 17.02.2008, I also drop my Credit card & request letter for cancel the credit card at Satrasta Post Box dated 15.02.2008 addressed to GE Money post box 3310 Thangpura post office New Delhi, However after making this payment & request letter, I get several calls from the concerned credit card company as well as so many visits by pickup boy stating that, I have used my card for shopping purposes. I have spoken to several people in the GE Money Credit dept in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi and it has been futile to make them understand.How can the card be used if it was cancelled by the Credit Card Company, It has been a year since this incident, however, I get a notice from the Mohit Gadkari & Co Advovates. B.S. Koteshwar Nagar, Swami Nitynand Marg, Opp. Garware, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 069 stating that, I have faulted on the payments which, I have not made.

Maybe you write down the wrong address. If you can't even write at a first grade level than perhaps you are not getting the statements because you write the wrong address?

Also if you don't give them the money you owe you will go to jail.

I AM NOT RECIVED ANY STAMENT FROM GE MONEY CREDIT CARD FROM JAN 2009.I ASK SO MANY TIMES TO SEND THE STATEMENT, BUT TILL YET I GOT NOTHING. EVERY NOW AND THEN THEY CALLS UP AND ASKING FOR THE PAYMENT. I REQUEST THEM TO SEND STATEMENT. THE PAYMENT ACCORDING TO THEM IN FEB 09 WAS 8000/- TO 11000/- AND NOW THEY SAYING IT'S 13000/- APPROX BECAUSE THEY CHARGED 2000/- LATE PAYMENT CHARGES. IN FEB 09 I WAS READY TO PAY BUT NOT WITHOUT THE STATEMENT. TILL DATE I HAVE GOT ONLY PHONE CALL, NOT STATEMENT. NOW I AM NOT GONNA PAY THEM A SINGLE PENNY, BUT I WANT THEM TO CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR TORTURING AND HERATESMENT. PLEASE I AM REQUESTIN YOU, ATLEAST YOU HELP ME OUT. GE MONEY CREDIT CARD — Check can't present on my account but they charged many charges
HiI am Arun Kumar BHardwaj i m using GE Money Credit Card [protected] last 2 years. i am paying all payments time to time before due dates. last two months before i am using 4070 Rs. and issuing a cheque from my current account cheque book and account avialable balence is sufficent for passing the cheque from my account. after 12 days call me and say your cheque is bounce due to unsufficent found on your account so i visited to my bank South Indian Bank Nirman Vihar Delhi 110092 baranch to confirm my cheque is bounce or not. but cheque can't present on my account and no any charges made for chaque bouncing. i am calling in GE Money Customer Care For This case and they send me a cheque memo( Front Xroxe Copy of My Cheque) but they Don't Send me back copy of cheque where the claring stamp and returning reson slip zerox copy. my next bill is 7321 Rs including 500 Extra Charges i recieved and i call again customer care to deducting my extra chargesfirst you will pay this amount i am paying 7321 Rs. but they can't deducts my charges in next stetment so i am not paying rest amount 1100 some thing
Plz justic and resolve my problem i will pay genuien amount.

i have made setttlement for caredit card of GE money for Rs.500 cash , on 14 July 09.as per their offer and this is one time full and final settlement as mentioned on receipt.(receipt no- ZNAG 069702)
Card no [protected] on the name of vidyadhar r muley.
still i receive calls regarding payment. please help to solve this issue.
