    No one will attend the call whenever we call...why you people are taking dealerships??...just close ypur stupid dealership and go somewhere else..so that others may provide good service...total stupidy...good for nothing...

      Delaying in delivery of cylinder

      My consumer number is 602869.i booked a cylinder one and half month before but I am Not receiving my cylinder still nw.i received a SMS from ur gas people that I cancelled my cylinder.but I dnt cancel my cylinder.now my two cylinders were empty.want to know when I wl get delivery.when I call ur gas agency i heard that all cylinders which were booked was out fr delivery.please deliver my cylinder as soon as possible and solve my problem .thanlq...

        I am having trouble always when trying to book a gas cylinder refill on phone. The staff working with Gee Kay Gas Agency, Coimbatore (Hindustan Petroleum Liquid Petroleum Gas Agency) do not answer the phone. I make several tries to the two landlines that they gave me i.e.[protected] and[protected] but they do not pick up the phone. Every time I have to go personally to the Gas Agency to book my refill cylinder. This is very difficult as I am employed and when I go to the Agency on the way home from work I find that there is no one available in the Agency, the staff leave by 6 PM. Also they do not deliver Gas Cylinder on Sundays. They take at least 15 days to deliver the cylinder from the date of booking and do no allow us to book a refill cylinder before 20 days from the date of supply of the last refill. This sort of service, with no transparency, allows the Agency to supply cylinders out-of-turn to people whom they like to supply to.

        I am having trouble always when receive the refill cylinder, They take at least 12 to 15 days to deliver the cylinder from the date of booking. I am having Single Connection only, How can i manage it? I Called several times to the two landlines that they gave me i.e.[protected] and[protected] but they do not pick up the phone. When i go to Agency office for this compliant nobody will not response, they said to after two days cylinder will come, but it will not happen. It's very trouble.
