We have entered was the right details in the booking order form but when they have given us the tr they mentioned the address details from when we ask if it has to be checked the simply told us to sign the paper and give it back to them as we have already checked the insurance copy which was absolutely correct but unfortunately when they have submitted the rc the name and the address was completely wrong and mistaken when asked to correct...

I gave my car AP 28 DL 3723, for servicing in gem motors, some days back, and now I feel cheated. Without even asking me, they did some non-required maintenance work to my car, and gave a bill of INR 8400, which was too high from what I expected. Everywhere, at least they ask the customer before making changes, but here they dont even bother to do so, and thus cheating the customers. I will not give my car to them anymore....

Complaint:
I took my Swift VXI for standard service on 11th April at approx 10 AM. First on arriving, there were no other customers/cars waiting in queue, however, I was still made to wait for over half hour before a Service Advisor attending. There were 3 handoffs before between different Service Advisors who appeared completely clueless before SA Mr Naresh finally attended and noted the service issues.
