I give below the severe mental stress and agony faced by me and my family members - a group of 27 members - during our tour to hong kong/macau/shenzhen from 12th may to 18th may 2018.

Gem tours is fake and their travel agents have no sense of professionalism. They have taken 50, 000 as booking fees for south africa tour and not booked the tour because they changes the iternery date of departure and flight timing just before booking which i did not agree to and now they are not refunding the money and the manager on the call says do what you want to do we will refund when we want. We had planned a tour to leh and ladakh in may 2018 thro' gem tours & travels having their office at naman midtown, 15th floor, a-wing, mumbai 400013.

We were assured that it was a organized tour with their kitchen and maharaj chef and tour guide accompanying us throughout the tour. We were informed by their staff ms. Pooja that the group size was 30 people for the leh tour.
