I have ordered rings from this site and they havent sent me any details, even now site is not opening...

I have purchased a couple ring on 23 july 2019 for rs 2650 thro online card payment for my husband's 30 th birthday.. Till date i haven't received the product nor any callls from them... I have msgd them in facebook messenger nd they checked it after a few days... But no reply... I even msgd them again believing that they wld reply... Nw i've realized they r frauds nd that there are many negative reviews abt them... I don't want anyone else...

I ordered a silver ornamnet from a site but they scammed me. And as i have read they have scammed many others. There should be necessary action taken against this online eshopping site. Many people are losing money due to this. These kind of consumer right violations must not happen.
At first glance they look like a genuine jewllery site. But after you have ordered will you only know that your money is gone and the peoduct will never...
