This is to inform you that i am a ex- employee of genius consultants ltd after leaving the company i had applied my PF. I have submitted all the documents and it is been moore than 90 days still no response from the other side as well as no authorised personcontact no availiable so that i can atleast enquire.

My name is c joshi james my employee id (Aemp[protected] i was an employee of genius consultants ltd and was deputed at idea cellular limited at location hyderabad from contractual employment 17/02/2014 to 15/09/2018
My ekyc details updated in uan portal successful but still am unable to transfer my pf amount from genius consultants to above company i have selected previous and present employer option and selected get details but am getting below error and i have tried to claim through online then also am facing the problem, please find attached screenshots for your reference

Note: genius consultants p[censored]an number and above my present company uan no is different

And if there is any chance to withdraw genius consultants pf amount let me know
