I worked as a contractor through Genius Consultants (Indiranagar, Bangalore) from 2 Jan 2012 - 2 Jan 2015. I was deputed to Accenture. It has been 7 years since I left the company. I am an ex employee of the company and after leaving my job I have submitted the claim and it has been more than 2 years there is no response from the employer as well as no contact details of the employer so that i can at least get my status.

last year on 13th July'2020 i applied for PF from genius which got rejected due to

so from that day till today am keep on sending mail to genius helpdesk every day for my PF issue but no one respond from their side

I'm trying several times your contact number is not reachable & sever error . Then how I contact you. It's more then 4months as I was told this process will take around 45 days . Please let me know the process and why this is getting delayed. Then I try there contact no & then they told me that again send your documents & it will take 10 days but still there are no response .

i haven't received any solution from genius consult.. I m unable to withdraw my pf balance of peelworks pvt ltd with empl id # aemp[protected] i was working in peelworks of 16 month, now i currently working in hul darwin with same company genius consultant ltd.I had mailed many times to genius consultant but i havent rcvd any solution from this side, plz help anyone of genius team i want to withdraw my pf balance for an emergency of medical, i had given emply id below. Either transfer my pf balance to my current company or withdraw my pf balance with company t&c asap otherwise i will take legal action on it.I m requested you to take it soon .

I don't know y u people not reply for mails after forwarding 3 to 4times they will reply after seeing my num they will not lift the call every time they bluff even epfo people are working better than u people u r paying salary unnecessarily

I had received the discontinuation letter without any prior notice on 22nd sept 20 and after multiple followups i had revived the f&f breakup summary after two weeks on 3rd oct 20, then i had made multiple calls and mails regarding the miscalculations in the f&f where there is no response and they are not even lifting the calls. I have issue with my PF balance transfer as my consultancy got changed in the month of December 2018 and i working with genius consultancy from June 2018 to December 2018 my PF got deducted but after changing my consultancy amount was not transferred but when i tried checking in PF portal it is showing that amount has been transferred but amount is showing as 0 i tried calling consultancy on this issue but no one are helping and i just left my job in the month of November 2019 i wanted to apply my PF it has 5 months request you to check and help in resolving the issue ASAP

Hi i have submitted document almost 2 months back but no revert regarding the status of my pf.

I have send lots of emails, but no correct response from the company.

I have called lots of time to customer care no firstly they don't answer calls and if they receive call they just disconnect the call.

Almost 2 months are going to be completed but no satisfactory response about my pf when it will come or what is the status.

claim has been settled since 24th jun 2019 also shown at online “EPF – view claim status” same but amount still not credited in present employer pf account passbook,

This is subhasis pan here. I was an employee of genius consultants limited kolkata in the year 2003.
Unfortunately i have lost my documents and the only document i have is the pay slip of november 2003.
My date of joining and employee id is clearly mentioned on the payslip.
I am in urgent need of a relieving letter.
Tried communicating the company in several ways even via mailing their help-desk.
But never received any support from them not a single reply they gave.
