Greetings of the day!!
Followed by the complaint subject, would like to put light on the matter that my Ex-employer is not assisting me for transfer of my PF funds to the newer organization. Also, when called they do not entertain/help me for any of my matters; I am helpless in this because I cannot view or check my PF Passbook at all as it belongs to the TRUST.

I request your team to have a positive response over this matter.

Hi, i am balraj. i didn't receive my CRO F&F and CRO 2018 2month salary. And i sent mail regarding this and have followed this mail for nearly 2 years. but still i didn't receive any reply.
And in pf portal pf detail not shown.

I was employee of Genius consultants how ever it is 3 years now and still i have not received my PF, I have contacted them 1000 times but no reply or no one is helping me for the same after complaining also i have received attached solution which is not acceptable at all as there is no amount i have received at all

This is to inform you that i am a ex- employee of genius consultants ltd, after leaving the company i had applied my PF claim but its still not sattled regarding this matter i will many times mailed but i didnot got any reply and when i called them he didn't respond request you to kindly look in this matter and resolve this issue.

Sir HR is not help to withdraw pf . She is saying you can mail your company with all documnet and after 2 month company will respond you . But company is not responce what can i do.

All ready submitted document but not received my pf 2 year ago to apply for my pf sattlement but not reply for genius consultant and not respons...

This is to inform you that i am ex- employee of genius consultants ltd from 03.10.2017 to 31.07.2018. After leaving the company I had applied my PF claim 50 days ago but it’s still not settled regarding this matter. I have tried many times mailed but I did not get any reply and when I called them he didn't respond. Also I want to mention one point that employer has not contributed his contribution in the PF account fully. Attaching PF statement for you reference. You can observe member contribution is 12, 007 and company contribution is 3673. Request you to kindly look in this matter and resolve this issue.
For your reference i have attached my salary slip and pf statement.

I have submitted all the documents and it is been more than 5 months still no response from Genius Consultants. I have been approached your company at Hyderabad. the manager also not responding, I'm sending emails to genius consultants but till now I'm not getting my pf amount. I don't have the patience to wait. help me out of these

I am an ex employee of the company and after leaving my job I have submited the cliam and it has been more than 90 days there is no response from the employer as well as noo contact details of the employer so that i can atleast get my status.

I have applied for the transfer on dated 14 Oct 2020 & it has been showing as successfully transferred. but still, It has not reflected to the current employer epf passbook.

I have many friends those facing same issue.

Main GENIUS CONSULTANTS LTD Ke payroll pe Dhanbad Airtel Office me Kam karte the Job chhodne ke bad maine apna PF ka paisa nikalane ke liye company ko[protected] ko PF Withdrawal Form bhar ke mail kiya tha, unhone mail pe likha tha ki 45 days wait karne ke liye lekin 50 days ho gaya mera pf ka paisa nahi aaya or na koi error ka mail aaya. maine Genius ke helpdesk me phone kiya to pata chala ki mera process rok diya gaya hai kyoki mera adhar or pan card me name mismatch tha, maine name correction karwa kar phir se 04- sep-2020 ko maine mail kiya phir unhone bola ki 45 days wait karne ke liye aaj 47 days ho gaya lekin mera pf ka pisa abhi tak nahi aaya or na koi mail aaya, waha ke concern employee ko call karta hu to wo bolate hai abhi time lagega or dang se baat bhi nahi karte hai. sir please help

This is to inform you that i am ravindra agrawal ex - employee of genius consultants ltd from 16-june-2016 to 15-nov-2018. After leaving the company. I had applied my pf claim 10 feb 2019 but it’s still pending in genius office to till date. My pf claim 2 month ago but it’s still not settled regarding this matter i will many times mailed but i did not got any reply and when i called gurgaon genius office them he didn't any response.

I am subhashish gupta, from guwahati. My elder sister krishna nath has given me your mail id. I have been cheated out of rs.97, 000/- (Rupees ninety seven thousands) only, by delhi based job consultant named ‘ genius consultants ltd ’ h-9/1, first floor, block b-1, mohan co-operative industrial estate, mathura road, new delhi, delhi 110076.in the month of sep’ 2017 to nov’ 2017. Mr. Aditya, mobile no. [protected], is a hr of above mentioned consultants.
The above job consultant agency had promised me a job in mahindra and mahindra limited, guwahati as a design engineer. They had also conducted telephonic interview vide phone no.[protected], from mumbai and at that time i was present in my narengi, guwahati resident. The person who has taken telephonic interview called himself mr. Swapnil thakre, hr manager of mahindra and mahindra limited, corporate office, worli mumbai.
After clearance of the interview, they frequently asked me to deposit of money in the name of job. After submitting all the requisite payment (Rs.97, 000/-) again they asked me to deposit of rs.85, 000/- (Rupees eighty five thousands) only, for noc. When i refused to pay of rs.85000/- they cancelled my job profile and told me that they will return the money after 30% deduction and credited in my account after 7th feb’ 2018.
I am attaching all the documentation for your perusal. I will be thankful to you if you will investigate over the matter and help me to refund the amount from ‘ genius consultants ltd ’

I was placed by the genius consultant in the apollo munich health insurance on 1 august 2016. After that formalities were done by mr. Rahul from genius consultant where he fills my epf account etc. After few months when i asked for the epf account number and other, they did provided me however the name dob and father was incorrect. I have asked them several times to correct the same and they did. However i am still having issue with my name...
