My money not withdrawal 50k

Genting mall is a fraud app they took my money 29000 first they give withdrawal for few months and they stole all my money and saying they lost data so they are starting new genting mall so have register from new procedures so by this you can cover losses it is a fraud app please take some actions for further fraud actions taken by them

Genting mall is saying they are colour predictions and give real money first it was OK they are giving withdrawal after few months they just take all my money and they are saying they lost data and they are starting new genting mall and all my money is lost so kindly take some action on genting mall before they loot others

I am facing the same issue, 5000 rs deducted from my bank account but still not refLected in Genting mall app Sithar I humble requested to you please return my money rather then in my bank/ Genting mall app.This is gaming app ( colour base )

I do recharge for my genting mall game account to play the game . First recharge is of Rs. 200. whose Bank Reference no. is[protected] from my paytm pay UPI. Second recharge is 9700 whose Bank reference no. thierd recharge is 300 is[protected]. three times the payment got debited from my account but do not got credited to my genting mall game account.I humbly request you to send my money back to my bank upi account if it is not credited to genting mall account.

It was a colour game app recharged for 5000.
The amount was not loaded in the app one guy introduced me he said he was father of colour game. He daily came to my whatsapp and begging me to invest in this mall 10, 000rs making me 10000 every day. So i belived and invested only 5000rs.his contact number :-[protected], This fraud person must be punsih severly he looting so many of them cash. And the genting mall admin also not helped me to provide details about this fraud. I paid through upi transaction he used my refrence number and steal my money to his wallet in genting mall app after he blocked me. Called several times and filed case in cyber crime police to investigate about this issue. If that guy refuse to return the money. He will face legal problems.
