Requested & applied for cancellation of demat account no:EYS280. So for no action taken from your side.

POA not yet updated due to which account is still inactive. Poor support from geojit branch.

Geojit f s opened a demat account in my name in2015 without my authorisation!! At first i thought that they sent the mail to my email id by mistake.
Now they wants me to pay for their annual services and want me to submit in person a request for closing the account!!!

The company is cheating the customer, who have d-mat account with them. I have not verified the earlier transactions with my d-mat account.

I have an d-mat account with geojit bnp paribas financial services with having the followings:

Customer id : ihc035
Branch office: banashankari, bangalore

I did a transaction with a purchase of shares worth rs. 5580/-. On 07/07/2017

The original balance: rs. 670376.80 as on 07/07/2017
Add: purchase : rs. 5580/-+ brokerage
Less: nil : rs. 0
Closing balance : rs. 675942.49 as on 07/07/2017

While viewing the balance as on 12/07/2017 the balance is rs. 674922.88

There is a difference of rs. 1019.61 (Fraud in the account)

These type of differences reported to the branch office of the captioned company, not responded properly.

Forwarded the several mails to the company [protected]@geojit.com regarding the issue. I was able to get the auto reply but not the reply to the mails.

The captioned company is cheating the customers and fraudulent activities are taking place in the account.

Kindly investigate the company, thoroughly and take proper action

this is the e-mail I`m sending from 9th of Jan expecting a reply of some nature. Please check the issues that I`m facing. Please advice should I stop using geojit and use religare which does, nt have any problem. As a matter of fact I had quit using geojit. Please tell me what to do? And who is accountable for the loss I incurred due to problems with geojit online trading account.

my trading account is not working from a long long time and after repeated complaints nobody is taking heed. Geojit is religiously taking its service charges month after month but i haven't been able to use its service even once in last 1.5 years. Customer care representatives are simply not replying my mails. I have pleaded them to at least close my trading account so that i will not bleed by 150 rs every month. But nobody is listening....

It has been 25 days (Applied on 23rd Jan 2008) since i have applied for a trading account with Geojit financial services (Bandra branch, Mumbai).
Repeated mails led to a reply which primarily is unsatisfactory and incomplete.
After repeated mails GEOJIT service executive gave me a reason of "case of incomplete address"
