I have provided my shoes for the cleaning process and the whole shoes were damage and colours was faded out and broken...

My name is ameya patkar and i am a new yorker who has just moved to mumbai recently. I was a patron of the german laundry till a few weeks ago - but have realized that your service is lousy and you have incompetent people working at your store in mahim.

Case in point -
About two weeks ago, i delivered two very expensive comforters to your laundry store in the mahim. An extremely incompetent lady took both the comforters...

I had given set of clothes mostly shirts and T Shirt on 31 st of August, the next day I got a call saying that there is a damage to one of my shirts so they are not going to clean it, when I picked up my clothes and they gave me back a Pink Polo T shirt which had a stain of grease and scissor cuts at the bottom sides, which looked like it got caught in some hinge and then was cut by a scissor afterwards cant figure out why they would use...
