Get set home is the worst. Please dont live here. These people are one number bloody scammers. I stayed at get set home during October and left by the end of it. However i didn't serve a leave notice according to their policy that is 30 days before leaving which i was totally unaware of and they didn't comply with me. They asked me for 5000 rs extra and from the refund money 10, 000 which i was supposed to receive, they deducted my electricity bill for not even staying there and extra rent for November, december and current are promising to return me only 2000 and a lil more. Hungry for money. Scammers

Room in which accommodation is given is very unhygienic, uncleaned and inhospitable. Pest are everywhere especially in kitchen area. Since no proper cleaning is done, lots of cockroaches are there. You really can't live there. In ads, they promise clean sanitize rooms but in reality, it is very dirty and no humans can live there. Also, they have promised and taken money for registered live and license agreement, but it is pending from quite a long time.

I was living through getsethome from 1 and half year in blueridge tower 19/2403.an manager from getsethome called me and told me they are shifting my luggage to tower 3 flat as owner forcing them to vacate the property, I said yes because I am at home town and I can't go there.i monthly rent they are asking me reimbursement amount of rs 2000 which I think is unfair.around 20 came over tower 19/2403 and left the property and they charged only 500-800 rs from them.
Because owner charging them amount so they are putting all over it to me.
It was 2bhk property but they made it 3bhk by creating a partition in hall.around 7 people were living there.

I have been staying in getsethome for a year till 8 aug in magarpatta, hadapsar, pune.
These people are so fraud that they first don't respond to phone calls if you are an existing tenant and even if they do they don't resolve the issue most of the times. There have been so many complaints against this pg but finally i have vacated this pg on 8 aug and they were supposed to refund my deposit of 2 months but yet i haven't received it and they are not responding me with a valid justification. I have been calling so many people from their organization but they never respond and if by mistake they take my call they tell me to call back and then again they never pick my phone. And then after i vacated the property recently they repaired water purifier and they told me to deduct 500rs from my deposit which so disappointing it's my hard core money i have lost my job and i really need my money back but these people are not understanding anything. If i have left the pg in june and came back to delhi and vacated it on 8 aug why am i responsible for any kind of damange or repair reimbursement afterwards?
I have asked them so many times to go and inspect the pg from the time i am in delhi (6june) and i was worried that they will blame me for any damage happens later on due to someone staying in there. But they did not give any confirmation on it yet and then they will deduct someone money for something else, this is not at all fair.
