Sir, I have filled and submitted my IT returns for AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12. But till date no ack have been received. But during 2013 when i got receipt for AY 2013-14 i got a tax demand note as given below. I am unable to verify the Tax demand in the absence of Ack for the said AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12
In view of the same kindly fwd the Acknowledgements as per section 143(1) at the earliest pls. Aso send a copy of the same as email...

1. I am due to be paid a refund if Income tax for FY 2008-09 by GHQ .Income tax Office , Pune amounting to Rs 38,850/-.
2. I am now due to file my IT return for FY 2009-10. Nearly an year has passed and I have not been admitted my legitimate IT refund. I submit that, if we pay our taxes on time - then we must be admitted our refunds also eareliest.
