Placed an order (cake and wine) to be delivered on Sep 9th for my friend’s birthday. Order is not yet delivered even though amount has been debited from my account.

No one responding to emails or phone calls. Looks like a daylight robbery. What a shame!...

I placed an order 5 Jan 2021 and made payment to agent Sumit online. Super helpful and providing all solutions to make payment worked. Was praying that this is not a scam site but it sure is. After payment processed, no news, sound, picture just like many people here shared. If only I have checked on the complaints before I used their service. Super disappointing that they want to scam people...

We have ordered a barbie order no. Gtbc-3128 from giftstobangalorecity on feb 14 2018 and they assured that order will be delivered within 21 feb 2018, but till now date no delivery. When we tried to call them they hang up the call during conversation and after that they will not pick the calls.'

Please do immediate action on them so no another person become fool....

i ordered chocolates to my cousin in Bangalore yesterday i.e. On 10 APR 2014. before paying online through the site, i called them personally and checked for their confirmation delivery. After they assured me that the chocolates will be delivered before 5PM on 10 Apr 2014, i paid. The order no is : GTBC-1628 and the amount is Rs.525.
