You pay for Lilies and what you get is a bunch of wild flowers and grass and some carnations. Please do not order through them as they will ruin your surprise and your occasion. And when you complain and try to contact them, either your number is blocked or is ignored without resolving the case. They don't even know how to treat their customers. Please do not order from them....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Above order was made on 11th April 2014, and it was committed by organization that it will be delivered on 12th midnight to the recipient but till yet it is not yet delivered and even customer support is not attending calls and i am receiving no response from the company.
I am highly disappointed. Please let me know what to do?
