Service not being done. Flame not coming properly
I bought this Gilma hob and chimney in the year 2007. I registered a compliant with the customer service desk in Hyderabad (Ph:[protected] on 11th July and they are yet to send a technician to fix the flame. This hob and chimney costed me 15000 ruppees and this is not the service i expect from this company. Despite my repeated calls and speaking to an agent called Ashfaq, there has been no action taken till date. Since this is out of warranty...

Though I am aware of the complaints against GIlma I bought their products as I used them before in rental apt's.
I Just used it for one day and cleaned with regular water. The next day morning I saw tiny rust marks all over the hob, since that day am behind gilma guys and their customer service is PATHETIC. Especially guy by name THANDAVICH:[protected] is a horrible guy. He bluntly refused to talk on this issue and...
