I ordered a woman's suit from this website and the product was faulty. Their website doesn't even work. Their customer care executives tried to stole money from my account. My order no. #GL5323 delivered by Xpressbees. AWB no.:[protected]

I want a refund on the product....

I had placed my order in Feb 2021 and was waiting excitedly for it. But on receipt of the product saw it is not as shown. As per their return policy I paid for courier charge and returned them the product.
They informed me I will get my refund in pronus seems to be their refund site and I can use it in next order. Unfortunately refund amount did not reflect. After following with them on mail for months and months they asked me to share...
