Did not recieve offer letter even after reviewing selection email. Kindly help

HI ...
i am writing this as a complaint against gep...global eprocure
the HR over here are rude and completely unprofessional...
they will call you for interview and make you wait for hours....
den someone will come and ask you few questions and then again wait tillsomeone else comes..
their peons or security guards have more manner than their receptionists and HR.
HR seems to be unaware of the fact...
