Net per website hi nahi dekh rahe hai

They told me they will installed reliance jio 4g tower in my land, as par company instruction i pay rs-26, 000/.
After company give me a reliance jio approval latter.
After they told me tower not possible to installed and they will refund my money.
But now company phone switch off.
Please help me please...
