My daughter filled in details for some kind of online job ..later she discontinued and this company started calling and threatening of police complaint if she does not pay Rs.9510..

Respected sir, my is bhuvanesh.Actually me as a team has worked for typing some online works for the global star solutions.They havr cheated us and harrassed for money.I have paid an amount of 5500rs in 2019.I have logdged complaint against them.in consumer complaint form and the issue has been solved.But almost after 8 months they are calling me again and are demanding to pay an amount of 3500 and harassing me that they have lodged a company against me.Please solve this issue immediately sir.The number from which i have been recieving calls is [protected]

Sir, i signed the agreement as their policy to start part time work of data entry. But i came to know that they are frauds, so i stopped my work. They sent me many mails and msgs saying they have filed a case against me. But i didn't respond. I took their calls and said that you guys are fraud. They threatened me on the phone also. But now after 3-4 months they called me again that i am a public prosecutor and want to close your case in civil court delhi. Provide me some evidence against that company being fraud. Otherwise pay the penalty. If you don't pay or close the case then they will send summoned letter to my nearby police station and i will have to come to the court.. Sir please help me out. I am a poor student.

I am in search of data entry job and i found out about the company global star solutions huge salary package and i have registered my name and agreed to work with them and they gave me 1000 forms to complete in 10 days but i have failed to complete my work now they are sending me notice and threatening me to pay the penalty amount rs 22, 000.

I was searching for a part rime job when I came across this company called global star solutions. They called me and asked if I can fill 1000 forms in 10 days without any registeration charge. So I agreed
After the quality check report they said I had not filled the forms with accuracy. And now they are asking for money and earlier they were just asking for some[protected] rupees but now they are asking 185000 by imposing whatever sections and are warning that police will arrest you and torturing me after some intervals of time by sending fraud messages and emails.

These Star Solution people called me on 5th April 2019 and gave me a form filling and said for 1000/- forms I will get 20, 000/- and asked for my ID proof I have given and they sent me a link and after opening it asked for OTP and directly I got an agreement which I haven't signed and for confirmation calls also I said I won't pay they said Okay u don't need to but I finished work in 10 days and I called them they haven't picked up my call and now they are saying I haven't submitted and asking me to pay money and harassing me a lot by sending continuous E-mails and calls from advocate. This is rahul from hyderabad. 2 days back i have browsed for work from home and found this form filling work and have applied for this and by afternoon i got a call from this person named anuj kumar and he said me about the form filling work of 1000forms which had to be completed within 10days with accuracy of 90% and they would be paying 20/- per form (20, 000/- for 1000forms) and they said they would not charge any initial amount. Total amount they would be paying is 14800/- as 5200/- of amount would get deducted for maintenance and utility services. And if we fail to complete the task and fail to reach the accuracy then also we need to pay them 5200/- if not they would take legal action against me, and i have asked for the company details and it's branches in hyderabad and this person said me yes we do have branches in hyderabad and would provide you the details as soon as you agree to our job and sign the agreement and i have agreed for that and he mailed me the demo work and said me to attach my aadhar and residential proof with contact number and names of family members. I have done as per the said. And within 2 hours i got a call from a female and she asked me that are you willing to work for our company and i have accepted and i have received a mail stating agreement acceptance acknowledgement with (Non-judicial stamp paper of 2018). Now the matter is i have agreed to their job by mistake and fell into their trap after browsing their company details but found nil instead i found many complaints on this so called fraud company about harassing and threatening for the amount to paid after reading all the complaints it started to freak me out. Please help me to come out of this trap as they will be giving me my username and password today. Please help to fall out of this freaking trap. And one more thing is as i have mentioned above about the non-judicial stamp paper which has been prepared on august 2018. Maharastra and gujarat govts have stated that non use of non-judicial stamp paper will expire within 6months of non use. I have agreed to work with global star solution for filling 1000 forms in 10days i have completed my work and checked all forms nad submitted in time but they said i have accuracy less than 90% and as per they said i have paid 5200rs and asked me to terminate but they are asking money for termination which was not mentioned and said anywhere and now there legal advocate is calling and texting me that they have filed a case on me under section 420 and 405 and asking me to attend in high court delhi. This is such an unfair step they didn't even mentioned about termination anywhere and trying to loot me pls help me sir. Same issues as other 1000 forms submission to be done within 10 days time if not done penalty of 5200 is asked

But they blocked my id even before completion of stipulated time and asked for penalty for non completion... [protected] contacted me offering home based form fill-up of 1000 forms each rs 20 and the work should be complete till 10 days and if i can't complete the tasks with 90% accuracy i have to pay rs 5200 for utility charge and if i complete the task with 90% accuracy than i don't need to pay any money. Before knowing the company is fraud i agreed with their license agreements, they sent me the username and password but i didn't start working the job because i found out that the company is fraud. Please suggest me what i can do if they try to threaten me.

I have joined global star solutions when a person called me and provided demo and details. Her name is kalyani and now she is not receiving my calls. After agreeing they sent me some agreement which is digitally signed but i didn't signed anything and also they recorded my call when i agreed to work and sent along with the agreement.

The work is to complete 1000 forms within 10 days with 90% accuracy.

I thought if i complete my work there will be no problem, hence started my work and worked hard to complete 1000 forms double checked all the data and submitted my workload. Later today morning i got email from some advocate saying that i have breached the agreement and they have filed case under section 73 74 and 75. I got confused and logged in to onlinetask.in to check my qc report. The report was saying sorry your qc is fail. I have gone through the fields they have mentioned incorrect but so many of the reports are false. Even if i have typed correctly they have mentioned it as wrong and failed my qc to threaten me. Now i saw so many complaints registration against them and felt relieved. But i want to know is there any problem if i don't pay the money. Please register my complaint and take action against them before other people pay money to the frauds.

When i saw the complaint about company i suddenly ask him to cancel registration before but he should avoid it then he said company call you, you have to say that yes of all question asking by caller then i will cancel it, then i call him from three days but he do not cancel my registration, and company number is also busy and no one pickup the phone

When their staff contact me and say sinple data entry only, i asked for demo but they didnt provide me and they tell me simple job, can be conpleted in a day.. And tell me to say yes to a call..
