so Global visa given me the surety about visa. so i filled around 50,000 Rs also to global visa, I have submitted all the document what ever they

It all started with a phone call from an Global Visa Agent whose name was Kevin. He convinced me that I stand a good chance to get a NZ immigration Visa. He told me that I need to apply soon as the laws will be changing in the next month or two and it will be more difficult to get a visa.

i use to work for the company..i cant stress enough to NEVER EVER use them..they are a joke and a fruad....do some work and u can figure most of it out on your own. the company made the employees do alot of the work and we werent even trained in anything......DO NOT USE THEM NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY....they have a F from the better business bureu too......

I am cheated by the Global Visa .I have paid for 24k and registered for the UK visa.Before submitting the document they have collected the money .While submitting the document the rule has been changed ,they are not refunding the money .Clever thing is no is giving prober direction .Please advice me ,how do file the case and pull these people into the court .Some one has to step other wise they will do continously cheating...

I paid 400 pounds becasue i got a call from Global Visa on 1st Sep.
They have cheating sounds really nice and kind at that moment asking me paid first.
I was silly to paid them directly then i found that was a scam.

I am writing to share the joy of getting my money refunded from global visa uk. After all the Global visa puts you through, there is a way I sucessed in. Thats by officially registering a complaint to OISC UK. It took me a 11 months but end of it i got my money back.
All the information on OISC is given in Globalvisa from itself. Otherwise look it up. They will take up your case and recovery atleast the amount...

Global visa took money from my credit card with out my knowledge, they later did accept their fault .The UK branch assessd the case for fortnight then transferred the case to Indian branch which did not had any idea about the case again the documents were sent and they assesses the case for 3 mths and still assessing .
