Globant India Pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

This is ramesh reddy globant employee (Id –[protected]. I joined in globant india pvt ltd 4th dec 2017, deputed on client office bangalore. I have taken two water bottles from client office which i am not aware bottles belongs to other employee, stating the same reason client terminated me from the services on 9th july 2018.
Hence i am a globant employee i came to globant office bangalore on 12th july 2018 but they have recovered all globant assets from me (Laptop, mouse, cable, id card) and terminated from globant service stating the same water bottle reason immediately,
1. Without warning,
2. Without another chance,
3. No notice period,
4. No salary for notice period,
5. With only termination letter no proper experience & relieving letter.
But till date (22nd august 2018) i didn’t accept my termination letter at the same time i didn’t put any resignation mail from my side. I have returned it back 2 water bottles to mithilesh on the same day. But i am struggling a lot to get my notice period and experience & relieving letter from globant. The above mention policies i didn’t find anyware in globant offer letter agreement. However, in my offer letter clearly mentioned employment is terminable from either side with a two month’s notice.
