Tried recharging my 86fb account on 18th April, 2020 on Gmspay. Paid N50, 000 to Asanato Ltd. My 86fb account has not been credited till now

I made a deposit of 9100 to Gmspay on Wednesday and they debited me, my 86FB account was not credited and my bank account was not refunded
