GNS gas Service Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,
We have a Indane LPG gas connection supplied through GNS gas service, Shanti Nagar, Hyderabad .I find it extremely difficult to contact them over phone regarding booking cylinders or any enquiry. There is one in a million chance of getting them over phone. It is absurd that ur expected to go in person for booking a cylinder. I hope the customer service department (if they really care) would do something to set things right....

I have booked refill connection on 3rd Jan, but still not delivered, even complained through mail
