I joined Goldquest on insistence from one of my so called friend who turned out to be a fraud himself Mr. Junaid Ismail from Chennai. I paid around Rs 30000 for a set of Euro nation coins that consisted 6 coins in it. This so called man also fooled a few other friends. Finally, this company too was declared a fraud one and was permanently closed. I am left with these worthless coins that I want to eagerly dispose off. Are there any solution for me to get rid of them?

There was a news in the tamil news papers and in 'the hindu' news paper about the settlement of this gold coin scam (Questnet). Affected people to contact the below address :
The settlement commissioner office located in chennai (Purasaivakkam, gangatheeswarar temple street).
Did anyone tried to get the money in 2018-february? Please let us know....

Hi sir I have jointed gold quest wth my frien parvez as he was the member in ths company requested me to joint ths company in 2006 with amt of rs.35000/- for rare gold coin an wth me my sis also joined the company for same thing. but till now i had not received any coin also an the person who had joined me is not giving any reponse also .My hard earn money 70000/- amt has been wasted in such fraud. i had bought a gold coin and a silver coin on which the picture of pope john paul II was engraved. i was told that this is a limited edition, and with a period of time the oxen is done and u can sell it at a higher bid online. but till now i dont have any information how to sell this coin or how to get my money back. i[censored] hav any details regading the selling of this product then plz do let me know.

1. On the advice of some of my so called dear friends, my friends and self paid around Rs 90, 000/- to the company " GOLD QUEST" in year 2007 for buying gold medallions and coins on the following membership ID's :-

2. The promised delivery of the products has not taken place till date despite my repeated requests. I have now learnt that the company has closed its India ops and the Country Head has been arrested. This is an organisation of cheats.

3. This was my hard earned money which I think I may have lost. Apart from loosing money I have also lost three good friends who having gop influenced by me also invested in the company for coins. Thy too have not recieved the gold coins till date.

4. Can anyone suggest to me how to get my money back. Can the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum help/ guide me please. ME AND MY FRIENDS WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE COMPANY PEOPLE BEHIND BARS.

I am staying in Hyderabad now.I got applied the Gold Quest here itself on january for Rs32, 000 and odd.I got one gold coni as well.
Has any one given the complaint to police.So, in future i can get the money back.

There is a company called Gold Quest chain marketing. One of my friend took me to their office without giving any prior information. There 10 members put me in a closed room and forced to take their product membership. For this I paid 32.200Rs. for this i got one gold and silver coins, ..

I am Asma farheen, from vizag, andhra pradesh. I and my husbsnd joined gold quest in 2006. We were told that we would mint money by joining the quest, they told us that they would send us gold coins but the sent us silver worthless coins. Our major problem started when our names were not shown online in the quest web site. We put forward our complaint to the female who introduced us to quest, many times, but for vain. I have joined this so called marketing company on the reference of my friends. I have invested 32K in this firm & bought a gold coin i was told that these coins can be sold on a higher priase on Ebay but not a single coin on ebay has been sold till now.

Woluld like to request all the people out there to be ware & DO NOT JOIN GOLD QUEST AT ANY COST. I here by request you to please help me get my money back.
