I have ordered jewellery of rps 8000 from golden_goose_gg Instagram page....

I gone through this page on instagram and ordered bridal jewellery set on may 16 2022 worth 2500/- (online payment done) for my engagement. She told delivery will be in 10 days. It has been almost one month still I didn't receive the product delivery.
I have been following up but she was not responding....

It's been more than 20 days after payment(1600).. Still not received the product or any response from them... After payment they completely avoid customers queries... Ignoring all the messages.. I[censored] can't send the product atlst refund the amount... I booked it for my anniversary and asked it for fast delivery... They told within 7 days product will be delivered.. Bt not even responding... Just refund my money ......

She/he replying me before taking my order but as soon as he/she took my order stop replying me on my question of when will I receive my order. It's totally fraud online crime. Please people be aware! If you have any connection then please ping me I would like to file case for this crime....

I paid 7100 for jewelry set on dec 8 for my wedding and still not received product. Those are my savings money, They are not responding. If the owner of golden goose gg is reading this. Pls pls send my products. That money meant alot to me. You know how you feel if someone steals your money...? I am feeling very bad everyday. Pls understand my concern and send my products. I ordered 2 items in their insta page. They had no COD. Took the money via gpay. It's been more than 4 months. No response or refund from them. Not shipping the product also. Just being silent and no response on watsapp and insta. Not picking the calls as well. Pathetic sevice and fraud page...

I had booked bridal jewelry set in Instagram amounting Rs 6, 150 from Golden_goose_gg handled by Abhirami on 24th Feb 2021 and on March 3rd I received a different item than i had booked.. So she had asked me to return it to a different customer for which I paid 200 courier service. after that she has been telling that she will send the item and after sometime she blocked me on WhatsApp call and Im trying to contact her though whatsapp/instagram...
