I had received a call from one of the agents asking me to renew my membership at golden palms and as i was not interested to renew my membership as i had not used any of my vouchers. The agent told me she would get my old vouchers extend if i go for the re renewal. I have horrible experience with Golden Gates for Golden Palms. They promised to give the possession of the property in Nov 2008 but the possession wasn't given until May 2011. Now, they don't want to talk about Rental Compensation at all.

I call them 3 times a day from overseas but they just disconnect the phone after hearing the voice. Would never respond to any email or would never confirm any dates. I am completely...
