I ordered a Samsung galaxy 23 ultra through good luck courier and still haven't received it and can't get in touch with anyone or anything

I book my parcel through good luck courier on 18th may 2023 from doomdooma 786151 to hyderabad 500032.the booking number is[protected]. and from 20th may 2023, the parcel is on transit from kolkata to hyderabad and when I enquired to hyderabad they said that they haven't received the packet and the kolkata staff is saying that they have send, now they aren't able to say me my parcel status.
They are doing some kind of fraud and has misplaced my parcel.
Please take some actions as the parcel carries my physical share documents.

They book orders promising that they will deliver door to door, upon receiving the item they deny delivery and expect us to come and pick up the items.

Good luck courier donot inform the customer about the arrival of their courier although Contact number was clearly mentioned in the package. This is a pure case of negligency from their side.

I work as a delivery boy in your soro franchise branches last week I face bike accident in the time of duty no medical. Compainsation receive my leg was facture .when I ask payment he give my half payment and told company not given full payment. Only 7days work 2days that TL use me as a sweeper and loading and unloading work after 3days he give my less than 25order @14/- which is less my petrol expense. Please clear my payment and medical expense otherwise I give a police complaint dayafter tomorrow and lock your branches.

I couriered a whole set of keys of my house in delhi/ncr.

I sent the courier from assam to ghaziabad on 30th of june 2020, it reached delhi on 9th july, after that it was sent thru akash ganga courier service and it still hasnt reached the destination.

I made several call to all the contacts of goodluck and akash ganga and noone knows the where about, the status of my package.

Each person i call makes an excuse saying they arent responsible and keep on blaiming the next one.

They give me time for next day and the next day they repeat the same process.

I'm very much stressed and tensed as no one is helping me out. I need immediate resolution to this.

Good luck courier service is very poor as my party from cuttack sent me an important document which was very urgent for me. The document was dispatched on 13th of july from cuttack which hardly takes 1 day to deliver.. But in this courier it took 1 month and dat also they haven’t sent me.. From last 2 days my continuous phone call went after that they deleiverd me...

Please check this issue and take a serious step against this courier..

I got a parcel from doomdooma to naharkatia with a torned pacakaging. Damaged boxes inside, i cud even see ants. N small fly in d products inside which wre bitten by rat. Dey dont care on anything. Destroyed parcel is wot i get! Very disappointing!! D parcel pacakaging was done in a very good condition, everything was dirty, one product was broken with glass pieces inside d parcel and insects all over them. Everything was so dirty.. Dint expect dis from dem!

My sister in law sent a parcel from good luck courier company kolkata to erode, which was about to come via bangalore and the bangalore good luck office has misplaced my parcel which was to be recieved by 18 september and now when i call them to ask about the status they say me that forget about your parcel, you will not receive it.. Is this the responsibility they take towards their customers.

My parent send some prasad in good box packed properly from assam. It was supposed to be delivered in salt lake kolkata. They initially delayed the delivery by 3 days then delivery boy delivered the parcel in my office after I havd opened the parcel in my home i was surprised to see that baring few papers and stones there was nothing, box was cut from one corner . When i have contacted the courier service those bunch of ### shamelessly said it's delivery boy had done, we don't know. The delivery boy is denying .
At last i will suggest any reading this post, , don't use good luck courier service these people are a crook. Never ever parcel any valuable beloning in good luck courier

My belongings from parcel are stolen. And delivery boy smartly delivered the opened parcel and run away. And when i tried to contact offices they are saying they are not responsible for that. Please do help me to get my belongings back as they are very precious to me.
And food material which i have recevied in that parcel is also open.
So is it safe to have that and if anything happen who will be responsible for that.

Dear Sir, I have not received one document and one packet. which is very urgent for year ending c/n. no is. 30820813 dated 11/03/2015 (materials packet) and other is.30821051 dated 11/03/2015 Sir, many times I ring kolkata goodluck office but no any positive reply. consinor Bihar Refractories kolkata and consinee Prosenjit bhowmick Sivasagar assam. plz. look into matter and send materials and document as early as possible. with regards, P. bhowmick.

I have to complain against two consignments made from muzaffarpur to Gorakhpur by GOODLUCK COURIER on 23/05/08 & 24/05/08 having recipt no.209884 & 209899 resp.
Consignor was Badri Prasad Kedar Nath, Muzaffarpur & consignee was Triveni Enginnering & Ind.Ltd, Gorakhpur.Till today i.e a month from my consignment, i haven't got my envelop delivered/returned back to muzaffarpur.I have complained a no.of times to Muzaffarpur Goodluck office but they are just ignoring me & passing the time.What should I do?Should I never trust this courier?Please look after the matter & manage to return me back my envelop containing important documents of sales-tax.Thank You...
