My client id is GPPYB36. 1 month ago my RM yuvraj discuss with me for change my brokage .next day call me and inform me your new brokage plan is 22 rupees for a day sell and buy both. M starting again trading next day and i chk my brokrage is very high.then again call to my RM and he tell me it's system mistake and i drop mail to management and your extra charge. It's continued next 6-7 days . Now 8000 to 10000 extra charge deduct from my account.please verify and reverse it.now i call on same mobile number and attend by other employee and give me threat for block your contact and not provide any compliant mail id.

I have trading in commodity by script in alumini buy 137.55 and sale rate 138.65 total profit is rs.2, 200.

Brokerage is 27.5+27.5+27.7=rs 82.7
Cgst is 12.97, sgst 12.97, clearing changes 19.33, transaction charges 14.36, ctt 28, sebi 0.55

Total brokerage plus others= 170.88

Net profit is= 2, 029 is correct

But our report and added net profit is 2001.

Gst applicable only for brokerage, clearing changes, and transaction charges only
But gst not applicable to commodity transaction tax.

Taking class rs.2000/-basis.in the training period he asking profit sharing agreement and also doing trading without my knowledge, he doing the emotional traded loss from my account rs 24000/- and i toled him sir dont trade without my knowledge, but he is not hearing my speech today doing (27.08.2018) the trading over limit of mtm balance. Also compliant to the branch manager, but not taking any action.

Sir please kindly take steps in salam branch. And also i want close my account.

I called goodwill commodities chetpet branch manager Mubarak Ali through my friend regarding opening my trading account, I'm a resident of North India, I m only fluent with English and hindi, when I called him for the first time he was unable to give any information regarding process of opening account in English. .. At last I understood somehow through my friend and given documents with him. After some days Icalled him to get acknowledgement, he was literally knowing anything regarding the process and not even understanding my language, I tried explaining in all the way in English, he is really made me fed up with him.

later he transferred my call to another branch manager named parthiban(kodambakam) he is also behaving in a same manner not even have ability to understand my language, I spoke with them for 5 hours in one day to know the basic info and not yet received anything.

Can't that goodwill management find a person at least to talk basic English to communicate with clients, I'm really fed up explaining and felt how their service would be to me.I lost my interest to open a account and want my documents back... No product knowledge, no communication how would they giving service to clients.

On 15 may i am not using my account the branch was use my account and my money without my knowledge., my better luck my account had only rs.315/- total amount had been making loss am very shock to the message from by the customer service and i was talk to the branch pollachi branch manager had told to we reverse the payment to you but till to date that amount not receive my account. I ask one question how can we maintain bulk amount in my account in future who is the response my money. Am totally disappointed to your service...

Hello sir i am gopal sharma from mumbai my client id g6nk02. On 23rd may -17 i have done only 4 trade in crude and i have square off my position till 1.45 pm. And as usual i also received sms of all four trade on same day.
But on next day ie 24th may-17 i have seen two lot buy at 4.48pm and in the evening you have square off the trade at a -5200 loss. While i log off and closed my diet on 2.00 pm after squareoff my position and check my net position. As this trade have been done from ur side, i request u to credit 5200 in my account.

Myself is Sathish Kumar my client id is "GM3SU11". I opened a trading account in Goodwell com at 19th Sep 2016 through "That person". I don't know how to trade I'm new to GWC.Around 7thNOV 2016 I transferred rs 50, 000 that was traded by That person. He used my client id and pw and did a traded such things, he told me that he will take care and trade so that I gave my ID and pw details, I don't know the process that he can assess my account through his terminal. Moreover this at the first time of changing my pw he guides me from there he known my pw and assess my account. I told him to trade only one product that is crude oil only but he did 25 to 30 trades of a various product like zink, nat gas, etc... at that time I made lots of calls to stop him bcos I told hin to trade only crude oil but he does not attend my call. I called him more than 30 times to stop him but there is no response from him, at last on that single day he did a loss of all my amt 50, 000rs. I lost my money by seeing the contract note by received a mail on next day only. Again I called him for this he said that he will return the money rs50, 000 but he return rs35, 000 around 11thDec2016.I asked remaining 15, 000 he told me that he will tally it by giving some profit trading through my account.but he not did any kind of trading and support me after the next day I started to trade by myself. I only know how to sell and buy that's all, I don't know how to carry forward, put SL, see my trading products, for this thing I called him to guide me but he not attended my call then I asked help in GWC customer care they guide me.After I know that I'm under Velachery branch there I called for trading guides and support by saying that That person is not supporting and responding, they helped me to know about SL and all... As soon as That person again called me and told me that, don't trade anything that he will do my trades. on that time also I again told him to buy or sell the only crude don't go for other products, but again he did the same mistake.On that single day (within 4 to 5 hrs) he did 52 trades all my money loss. by each and every trades I try to contact him by the call but he is not picked my call. next day I came to know that all my money is lost by That person's mistake through contract note I asked him, he told me that, that contract note is wrong I'm keeping you in a profit of rs48, 000 those things are happening on the middle of Dec month. Then I called him on next days he told me that it's for profit only. on Jan 2nd week I asked to return my money I will trade myself he told me I will return your money and u trade by yourself but he postponed it by saying next day for returning my money. Till today he is not returning my money, he is not attended my call. I gave an oral complaint to Velachery BM.


I opened an account I transferred rs50, 000 but I'm not traded even a single day fully, I'm not got any kind of trading tips, all the trading was did by That person, without my knowledge he traded lot of product (I told him to trade only one product crude by carry forward method) and made all my money to loss. He gave me a fake cheque of rs50, 000 on Feb 6th2017 which was bounced. I waited for till today 21stFeb from the day first I started my account and trade but he did not attend my call.I'm not traded even a single full day from this 4 months only 2 days were traded that was done by THAT PERSON without my knowledge and permission he made all money loss.Only 2 to 3 calls he attended and said that I made NEFT, RTGS.. but that's also a fake promise given by him.

Finally, they said they can't take any action regarding my loss of my money bcos those trades did from my id. I told him They that person MISUSED MY ID AND PW, but they did not take any action...PLZZZZZZZZ Don't trust them such kind of Persons in GWC

I was on I-95 going south approximately 8:15am on 9-28-16 & a driver who exited off exit 341 (Baymeadows Jacksonville, Fl) needs to slow down & observe other motorists whenever there is an accident by police for the safety of all drivers. She (the driver) was not practicing safe driving skills & wouldn't let me over when a lane was closed due to police & accident. She needs to know that she represents Goodwill at all times when on the job & should be more courteous. Thanks

My client code is ghhg02 and the issue is as i try to place a trade in crude through dealing, the issue is the placed the order in silver mega and also the placed in crude oil mega and the market reach the square off the sum of rs.(-3220) on 20/04/2016.

Today i have bought crude through online and put target also. Around 7.00 pm, karur branch squared my transaction without my knowledge. As such i have incurred loss of more than rs.4000.00 in single transaction.

I said i am working professional so i can not watch market reqularly and cant do the trading then they said invest 1 lks we will trade behalf of you and we will give minimum 10k profit per month. I agreed and invest 1lak. within 4 trading session they 80k. They dont know value of money. they will simply trade for commission. I have taken loan for another purpose but simply belive their words and lost everthing. so if get any like dont belive those guys. Thanks Gobinath [protected]

This is one company which made me wonder how one can exist with such poor customer services. As similar to credit card, insurance cold calls, these people will budge you with fake promises till you invest. They show you fake reports of monthly profits. But They made me lose nearly 70k in just 2 weeks with their company calls. They would not even mind to respond once they earn their brokerages. It is my fault that I have not done enough background analysis on such a bad company.But I am raising this complaint to at least safeguard poor innocent investors who fall in to their trap. SEBI should ensure minimal security for public retail investors by scrutinising such unprofessional companies at regular intervals.

The people who trades and admin makes fake commitments, they will never respond to your call. Ms. Abhi, the lady who does marketing with tons of fake promise. The company filled with excuses and stories. They will follow until you invest, after investing you got to follow double the time ti get status and details. Nobody will give answer.

Dear investors.

I am Golecha Chand. This is my personal experience with Goodwill commodities. I lost my 6 lakh rupees, due to the carelessness of the people sitting in terminal and the admin officials, especially one "Mr. Durai". This happened 3 times for me. Totally I lost 6 lakh. Please be careful in your money and keep watching your all trades carefully.

The management will not help if you raise complaint.

Be safe..
