Amount deducted still showing not paid

I already paid my amount to gotocash through Mount. My amount is deducted and gotocash clearly says they not received payment. How can I pay again. Please look into that. Gpay also states that transaction is successfully paid....

lockdown is on but they not hold the loan

I got loan on 17march night and lockdown was onn on 22 and til now so from were we get money to pay if we are to someone for money they totally denying to give due to lockdown abd they are plenty for 300 per what should i do i am feeling to die can you give the time for 5 days after lockdown i will pay my but stop my plenty its blocking after seeing 300per day...
