I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services rendered on my recent trip from Cochin to Cheruvathur. I booked my trip from Singapore through Mr. Sunil from Gozo on 8th May. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from the beginning.
Upon my arrival in Cochin, the cab that was dispatched did not match the one specified in the booking confirmation. The vehicle’s number and color were different, although the model was the same. Additionally, the driver was not the individual I was informed would be driving.
The condition of the cab was unacceptable. It was dirty and emitted a foul odor, necessitating the need to keep the windows open for fresh air. A serious safety concern was the malfunctioning safety belts, which were inoperable.
Moreover, the behavior of your staff compounded the dissatisfaction. Mr. Sunil, the salesperson who handled my booking, responded irresponsibly to my feedback over the phone. The driver’s conduct was also alarming; he was extremely sleepy and, at times, fell asleep while driving. This reckless behavior endangered our safety throughout the journey to Cheruvathur.
As a result of these issues, I endured significant anxiety during the trip. I have since advised my colleagues and friends against using Gozo Cabs for their future travel needs in India.
My booking ID is OW[protected], and I expect Gozo Cabs to take this feedback seriously. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Gozo Cabs for their abysmal service and complete disregard for customer well-being during my recent travel experience.
On February 11th, 2024, I had a confirmed booking (Ref: OW[protected] with Gozo Cabs for a 5:00 AM pickup from Tropicana Resort, Alibaugh, to Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 for a crucial flight. Despite the confirmed booking, Gozo failed to provide a cab, leaving me stranded with limited time.
To exacerbate the situation, my numerous attempts to reach customer service via phone calls and WhatsApp messages (over 20) were met with complete silence. This lack of communication and assistance during a critical moment was incredibly frustrating and added to the stress of a missed flight looming.
Later, I learned that the assigned driver's car battery was dead. This information, clearly known to Gozo customer service, was never shared with me, demonstrating a deliberate negligence of their responsibility.
Fortunately, after an hour of frantic searching, I secured alternative transportation at twice the cost. While this prevented missing my flight, it resulted in unnecessary financial loss and immense stress.
Adding insult to injury, Gozo even sent me an invoice for the unfulfilled booking and requested a rating for a "successful trip!" This mocking attempt to close the issue without addressing my concerns is unprofessional and unacceptable.
I demand a full refund for the original booking, compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to Gozo's failure, and a formal apology acknowledging the severity of this incident and the deceptive practices employed. Furthermore, I urge Gozo to take necessary actions to ensure such blatant disregard for customer well-being and unprofessional conduct do not occur again.
I am sharing this experience to raise awareness about Gozo's unreliable service and urge fellow consumers to consider alternative cab services that prioritize customer satisfaction and responsible business practices.

Booking cancelled at last moment and money was not refunded.

I booked a cab on gozocabs.com on 30 May 2023 at 11.51 a.m. My booking id OW[protected]. They asked me passenger and items details. I told about it but on the day of journey i.e. on 31 May, 2023 driver after arriving asked me the OTP. I told him to wait till I load my items. He refused to go and started misbehaving. I complained to company but they neither helped me nor refunded my advance amount Rs.3282. I requested many times to refund the amount but they are not doing. I then booked another taxi and got delayed because of this company's fraud.

Assigned driver from different place hence denied for travel as booked for early morning
After repeated complaint along with call back to Gozocabs cust care number no calls received as this will be second time I have experienced..which could landed me last minute chaos..now I want my money back as you people failed to provide booking and tommorow there is urgent requirement for me otherwise within 5 min provide accurate driver details and he supposed to available 1 hour prior to my scheduled departure

Complaining on GoZo Cabs for getting advance money and didnt provide cab service

I am complaining about Gozo cabs as they asked me to pay 30% in advance by sending a link a day in advance and wont turnedout by cancelling it without prior notice.
Moreover, when i asked for reason for cancellation the staff were very rude and Unprofessional and coundnt honour their commitments which was promised by the Cab service provider.
Highly Unreliable & Unprofessional Cab service provider which we cannot trust on.
We were stranded at airport for several hours and no proper reply came from them asking for more time. After few hours they told us they were cancelling it without any reasons.
I am totally unhappy with the service and cant rely on them for my refunds which will happen or not.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take necessary actions to avoid such irresponsible behaviour from cab service providers.

Did not refund my rs 920 after cancellation
I had book my cab from nashik to pune and had paid 920 rs as advance booking. I had change of plans n called them to cancel my booking n refund my money as it was inside free cancellation period. While booking agent never told me about cancellation charges if we view driver details . This is ### policy n just way to loot money. They just took all my money n never responded to my calls n request. Fraud company cheating CUSTOMER.

I have not received the refunded amount yet in my debited account.
It is requested refunded amount of Rs.1481/-should be get transferred immediately into my account in place of Gozo account against Booking ID -OW[protected]/12/2021.
After mailing many times, there was no response from their side.

Non receipt of refund against cancellation of my booking no ow001899312

I had booked my Gozo cab from Hyderabad airport to vijayawada for 12 Aug, 1930h..@ Rs5089 through Gozo mob contact No [protected] and helpline No [protected] . Also I booked separately from Vijayawada to Hyderabad airport for 14 Aug, 0600h.I paid an advance of Rs 2500 against my bookings. However, subsequently I cancelled my return journey before 48 hours of the journey due change in program. I paid Rs 2500 to cab driver for fuel enroute. I reached Vijayawada at about 0130h on 13 Aug 2020 and cab driver asked me to pay Rs 1350 balance amount as per Gozo generated bill. As per me I already paid Rs 2500 as advance to Gozo and Rs 2500 for fuel to cab driver. Therefore, only Rs 89 ess balance. This overcharging by Gozo is illegal, unjustified and against ethics. I tried to approach GOzo through email ID [protected]@gozocabs.com, provided in Gozo website https://www.gozocabs.com. I received no response. Tele conversation with helpline in resolving the issue.
Request Gozo for early refund of Rs 1250/ amount in my account.

I want to begin by giving some framework for myself so you can better understand where i am coming from. I am a 29-year-old canadian woman who is a graduate student doing research in india. I have traveled to over 35 countries over the last 10 years. I am not a stranger to stressful situations, different cultures, and changing travel plans. My trip with gozo cabs last friday is hands down the worst experience travel experience i have had. Our cab was over 90 minutes late. He stopped answering his phone calls and the only way i could get an update on where he was through calling the call centre. He left my mother and myself sitting outside a busy delhi train station alone on a friday night for 90 minutes while surrounding men hassled us. When he finally did arrive his car was in terrible shape. There were no seat belts (And this vehicle is supposed to be for highway driving) and the back seat was detached from the base so we were constantly sliding toward the floor. 40 minutes into the drive he decided to pull over at a truck stop. It is the drivers job to drive. We were two women alone at a truck stop outside of delhi at night and he expected us to get out of the vehicle. I did not feel safe and only after some pushing did he allow us to stay in the car. Furthermore, we were already 90 minutes behind schedule and now he wanted to stop. Absolutely unacceptable. We understood if he needed a bathroom break and we told him he needed to be back in 5 minutes. He was gone for over 15, again we were not going to get out of the car to find him as we did not know where we were, it was dark, and we didn't feel safe. We hired a taxi because we needed to get to agra quickly, he drove 20-40 km under the speed limit the entire time, except for when we explained that our hotel was going to close and could he please drive the speed limit. He would then speed up to 130 km/hr for 2-3 minutes before slowing back down to 60-80 km/hr. While he was driving he was falling asleep at the wheel. I had to yell at him to wake up multiple times as the car slowly veered in one direction or another while he nodded off. Once we reached agra he had no idea where to go. He told me to use my gps which i informed him doesn't work. I told him to call the hotel for directions and gave him the number as my phone was nearly out of credit. He had to call multiple times, and sped through agra erratically, making wrong turns and driving extremely carelessly. Once we reached the hotel we were so relieved to be there safely and we just wanted to get out and get to bed. He then got out of the car and demanded money for the phone calls he had to make to get to the hotel. We said absolutely not. He followed us into the hotel and badgered us while we checked in and would not leave without us giving him money. We refused and managed to get up to the room under the watchful eye of hotel security. I do not know what your policy is on drivers but a taxi driver looking for his customers to provide gps is unacceptable. A taxi driver looking to be repaid for a phone call he has to make for directions is unacceptable. A driver falling asleep, making unplanned stops, and driving erratically is unacceptable. If he incurred costs that should be the company's responsibility to reimburse him. The fact that he followed us into our hotel and demanded money is unacceptable. We paid for a service and he didn't do his job, plain and simple. I felt unsafe throughout the night, i felt unsafe in the morning as we weren't sure if he would be waiting at the hotel. I am disgusted with the entire experience.
