I had booked the ticket from banglore to kampli for the journey on 20.02.19 through gpr travels. But due to bus has arrived @ 8:20 but it has to be come at 8 : 45, bus ticket has been cancelled my ticket with out informing me. This is my pnr no. Gprj2kc520107. I had booked the ticket from guntur to manvi for the journey on 19.06.17 through gpr travels website. But due to some issues, bus has been cancelled. This is my pnr no. Gprt[protected]. Till date i had not received the refund amount of 4660. I am continuously following up the gpr travels people. No response from their end. I had sent so many mails to them regarding the issue.
