Today (15/1/2022) i bought a chicken of 2.500 kilograms from a shop just near and east to the mercy hospita, thenganal, changanacherry. The rate displayed on the board at the road side was rs. 92 per kilogram. A hindi labour working in the chicken shop asked to pay rs. 245 as the price of 2.5 kg of chicken. I am aleyamma thomas, and i have house number and ward number for my house from our panchayat. When i went for paying building tax, they said my house information is not in computer and therefore they were not able to charge property tax or provide ownership certificate.

How can i get help to open an account for property tax and owner ship certificate from my panchayat....
