Need to take action against this type of company....

I am Sadiq attar, worksed with Grameen Koota of Grameen financial services for 3 years. Company was not pay me my accident charges and my mothers' operation charges. My salary is less than fifteen thousand (15,000/-) even then I am given ESI card and coverage. They also deduct ESI amount from my salary.
