I have received the following sms:

Dear Member, we confirm the receipt of your payment of Rs.526 towards your loan instalment of Grameen Koota through UPI mode. Please contact your Kendra Manager for any further queries- Grameen Koota

I have no idea what this company is about and neither have applied for any loan. Not sure how they have received my phone number and have sent such a sms. Please verify if they have taken loan on my name.

Please contact your Kendra Manager for any further queries- Grameen Koota" why i got this type of scam sms, i have not taken any loan from this company. Need to take action against this type of company.

I've received the below SMS, but i have never taken any loan from this company.

I am Sadiq attar, worksed with Grameen Koota of Grameen financial services for 3 years. Company was not pay me my accident charges and my mothers' operation charges. My salary is less than fifteen thousand (15,000/-) even then I am given ESI card and coverage. They also deduct ESI amount from my salary. Also they transfer me in marathwada. i can't leave my family as they are unwell. I tried so many times to convince them but state head is arrogant and regional manager is of no use. They harass the staff too much. Many staff like admin, HR, accounts left the company because of their harassment. Please help me to get my money. The company's Ho is in bangalore.
