Grand Motors Mannuthy Complaints & Reviews

The same problem i faced from grand motors mannuthy. I have oil changed from grand motors. But i did not fell engine smooth. While cheacked engine oil its colour dirty black. I contacted grand motors service engineer he says. The oil colour is black... I shocked. I asked which brand oil you using they told its specialy made from bajaj.
Why they doing like this......

I have purchased bajaj v15 bike from grand motors mannuthy. Thrissur.
After riding 4 km. I found my bike handle have a bend. Then i approached grand motors they saying my bike have hitten or fall down. I have only ride my 4km. The service manger telling my bike have fallen from me and they cant change the handle bar. When i get angery grand motors staff have miss behaved and beaten me....
