Dear sir,

I have fitted lovato cng kit in car last 20/11/2018 in fiat linea. Till date getting problem in ignition coil is short circuit every time i visited to your authorise dealer green globe in mulund location. Till date i have changed 9 ignition coil. One coil price is 3500/-x 6=21000/-. Now again 3 ignition coil is short curcuit. Fiat service center suggested to remove cng kit. I have informed him green globe. But they told me your car jerking in petrol. But after rectifying in petrol its working properly. But always given problem after installing cng kit. Don't know why they inglore issue. My cng kit is in warranty period till 20 nov 2018. Plz help us this matter

I have submitted my car to green globe fuel solutions mulund service centre on 31st aug 2017 after my car was flooded in the aug 29 heavy rainfall.

Till date they have not given my car and are saying that parts are taking time and labour is not available. Now after 2 months they are saying that we will tell you if we can't repair it and you can take it to some other service centre.

This is very unprofessional and for 2 months now the car is lying and the damage must have increased as timely care isnt taken by the car.
