worst hair smoothening # after first wash hairs are like before no zero result

I got smoothening from green trends parlour site no 1046, 2nd cross road, ananth nagar phase 2. Electronics city phase 2, bengaluru. On monday 8 july 2019 i took membership of green trends and spent more than 1000 rs and on wednesday 10 july 2019 i went for smoothening and done with same, on friday first wash and trim i got from parlour but after getting first wash from myself my hairs are looking like it before only no smoothening hairs i visited parlour they people are like sorry
I don’t know why your hairs getting like this we can’t do anything go for trim i denied. Then they told come after one month we will do smoothening again on your hairs in below part only. Yesterday nite i took 2nd wash now my hairs are normal hairs as i am having naturally. 1500 rs i spent for shampoo conditioner and serum but result is zero. This is worst service i have ever got i want my money back. Brunda is the one from whom i got my smoothening. I have attached all picture. After ist wash and another 2nd wash. Give my money back and fire out that brunda worst service she is giving. She told me u are not taking care there is no fault in my work.
One more thing i didn’t get my bill they told me some error is there take it on friday when you will come for first wash i didn’t get on that day also when i went for complain on that day i saw one note if you are not receiving your bill service will be complementary i asked him then. The person is like mam i am sending you but print out is not coming i told him to share my bil through mail he only take a screenshot and sent the bill. I got my bill on tuesday 16 july 2019 that too screenshot only. I was waiting for revert asap. Give me my money back i don’t want anything.

Today I visited green trends patuli Kolkata but received rude behaviour from the receptionist or the lady manager and it is not at all acceptable

mythic oil and hair spa

Earlier I was advised to take shampoo for hairfall and dry hair and when I complained about no results then they said sorry sir try another and today I got gair spa done and Mythic oil syrum for wet look, you can imagine after hair spa and using syrum on the same day my hair is very dry and rough. I want my refund back as soon as possible. I am regular customer who come for haircut every 3rd week and if do not fool customer and become salesman instead provide better service.

The people working in green trends ameerpet are very un professional as they just want to get things completed as soon as possible they dont give worth for their charges

I do my haircut continuously. I'm writing this review after my 5th to the 10th haircut of mine.
1, no proper running condition ac if sometimes ac runs that also very very low cooling. This is not happening sometimes (Most of the time this is what happening there)
2, sometimes scissors sharp less and trimmer didn't work for beard...

dissatisfaction of customer service

Today morning at 9.00 am i called green trends, nellikuppam high road, cuddalore, tamil nadu, india to book my appointment for haircut and shave at 9.30 am. The manager replied that as morning cleaning is going on, he asked me to come at 10.00 am. I agreed and i went to saloon.
Still the cleaning was not yet finished or they had just started the cleaning i am not sure about that. The manager sent two barber to fetch their breakfast so i have to wait for 45 min. The manager was lethargic. Only when i enquired about them, he started to realize the delay and he called them and went out to search them.
I really fed up and i leave the saloon at 10.45 am without haircut. When i complained about this to a barber who was in work with another customer, he never cared about.
It was not the delay but their lethargic attitude towards customer disappointed me. As an employee in industrial sector, i know the value of customer.in the midst of huge competition in the word, only the excellent customer service will outnumber the other competitors.
If this kind of attitude continues, it will be difficult for them to sustain. Hope the company will take necessary action

I have been coming to green trends since its inception in chennai in mylapore. I regret to say that i had the worst hair cut last saturday in annanagar branch chennai. The person servicing did not have any idea what he was going to do to my hair. He was not even confident holding the scissors. He messed up my hair totally and it looks out of shape and horrible. Please understand a service like this if it was done in us the customer would have dragged gt to court. My humble suggestion to gt is that please recruit quality staff through proper recruitment process. Looks like gt has become money greedy due to its success and stopped worrying about quality service. Gt has started recruiting under trained staff and allow them to get trained using customers head. Gt please stop this.. You are not providing service for charity are you? If this is the attitude gt is going to have then let me assure your business will close down soon. Mend your ways before you come on the road.

substandard use of products

I have been a customer of this brand for almost 3 years now and have seen their standards deteriorate tremendously. The products used for hot wax is absolute rubbish and leaves behind chunks of hair even aftet repeated applications and removal. Not to mention the prices charged are a bomb but the quality of products being used is ridiculous. Overall very poor quality and service.

Another substandard parlor for extorting money from customers (Periyanaicken palayam branch). Absolutely zero knowledge on make up and products. With false promises o[censored]sing mac for bridal make up and charging for the same, they used lakme products. Stupidity to the core was when they said lakme is mac. Do they think customers are fools or are they real fools to say so? I don't understand. The make up artist does not know what an angle brush for eye work looks like. The bride's make up did not last even for 2 hours. No hair spray was used for setting the hair of the bride. The reason for bad make up, according to them (Which they admitted themselves) is that we did not appear for a trial session. Does that mean that customers abroad should fly all the way for a trial session? Absolute nonsense.in fact, even before paying the advance i informed them that i will not be able to bring the bride for a trial session and they were absolutely ok about it. I arranged for green trends for my cousin's wedding[protected] and i am ashamed of having chosen this worthless parlor.

I am your customer for one year. Its been a good experience with u but not any more, because the service providing here in nellore is not good. Both of the branches are not good. They don't know how to treat and behave with customers, not providing minimum service. Its like a ordinary hair saloon shop me, they don't have minimum supervision. But they charge like a professional hair salon. I don't want your service anymore.

I had few grey hair on the back of my head and I had opted for a ammonia free hair colouring in near by Green Trends Saloon. As it was the occasion of my engagement I was so busy and concerned. They washed my hair and applied colour. After 1 hour, they washed my hair and dried it. I couldn't see any difference and the grey hair were still unchanged. They used Loreal hair colourant. I have attached the video of my hair after the hair colour. I wanted to understand why such kind of things happen here, are you using expired products or what is the issue?

Entirely waste of money and not even worth for a penny.
For bridal make over they committed to use mac products and charged separately rs.7500/- but ended in using the krylon for the bride. For bridal hair style they didn’t even use gel for hair which they committed to use during the trial makeover. Local hairstyle for bride and the party makeover also the same untidiness. Overall they spoiled the big day. Don’t go by brand never ever trust green trends!! In turn local road side beauty parlors serves far better!!

I had earlier registered a complaint Green Trends, Sanjaynagar branch. The complaint was registered on 29th of April, 2018 for the service I took the very previous day (28th April 2018). I had asked for a blonde steaks, I got different color and even the streaks looked like patch for which I paid Rs. 5300. I had to color it black again and it cost me Rs. 1360 again. Since the day I registered the complaint, I did not get proper response from the customer executive. And on 4th May they tell me the ticket has been closed without letting me know. I spoke to the customer service manager on Friday evening regarding the matter, and he said he will revert back by noon the next day. Today is 8th May 2018 and I still did not get any revert mail or call from him. I have been calling every day regarding this and I get no proper help. Now I would really want the refund as what I paid for was not delivered to me. I have seen so many complaints against this salon and most of it is regarding customer care not being helpful. This brand is just cheating customers. I do not recommend anyone to go to this brand salon.

I am a Registered Member of Green Trends. I would like to share my bad experience with your Guduvancherry Branch [Above Ponnu Super Market] yesterday. Initially, I had fixed my appointment at 3.00 PM. Me and my son went exactly at 3.00 PM we were made to wait for 45 minutes. One Mr. Ezhumalai was doing shaving, cutting hair and facial bleaching for the other gentleman. Then I went and checked with the floor manager as my son had a class at 4.30 PM and the manager said next is your turn. When Mr. Ezhumalai applied cream for the other person facial, he came and started hair cutting for my kid first. He took hardly 5 minutes. Then immediately he started cutting the hair for me, which took another 5 minutes. To sum up, within 10 minutes he finished the hair cut for both o[censored]s!! When I had a look at the mirror, I noticed that the hair cut for both my son and me was not done properly; not even i.e. one side it was cut very shortly and on the other side it was cut in medium. When we reported this to the floor manager he was not even bothered to pay attention nor the hair cutter Ezhumalai. Both of them were lackadaisical and never willing to respond to our concern. We did only simple cutting not anything else for which we were charged Rs.350+ [i.e. Rs.175 per head]. Had we gone to any local saloon [where you can get a personalized service!] definitely we would have had very good haircut and our expenses only 50% of what you have charged. Despite paying double the money why should we get a poor service like this. I strongly feel that henceforth me or my family member will not visit Green Trends anymore; additionally I will also inform my friends/relatives/Near & Dear my bitter experience with Green Trends and your unprofessional attitude!

Yesterday i went for haircut to green trends kphb hyderabad. I told him to do layer cut with v shape. But its shape less. Very much irritated with that service. V v bad choice for haircut. After finishing haircut i asked him to do straightning. He did v v badly that my hair became dry and didn't get normal even after i washed again. So totally totally unsatisfied and please don't choose greentrends instead you choose jawed habib. It's very good salon for hair styles and hair care.

preferential treatment for certain clients who pay money to staff

I went to green trends shenoy nagar, chennai without appointment. I was waiting for my turn when a service staff walked out after a service and was chatting with the centre in-charge. The centre in-charge told him that a customer was waiting (Me). The service staff told that he was waiting for a specific client who will come and that he would not take any work. The time was 10 am. The centre 8n-charge that the customer would come around 10.30 or 11.00 am. Even then the service staff refused to take another job. They both called the customer to remind him to enquire if he was coming to green trends. After that the service staf was sitting and chatting with the front office and not willing to take a waiting customer.
I asked the centre staff was i was not being attended for which the answer was i have to wait. When i further insisted why the staff would not take up a job, he said that was an internal matter.
I felt very insulted and walked out after register8ng a complaint in the customer feedback book.
I am sure no action would be taken and green trends would not bother about complaint. I am registering it here because the management should know that staff have specific customers for whom they service n9 matter what happens.

One of the most worst facials that I have ever got and done. They used a filthy product for the facial.
My skin initially got allergic after the facial. And after 2 days it got completely worst. My Face is now COMPLETELY COVERED WITH WHITEHEADS AND BUMPS, which I had never got in my life. One of the worst experience.

Green trends madurai tvs nagar branch is suddenly asking to fix appointment and come for the service, even in the ordinary days. The service is good but there is always noise in the area. The employees talking to each other even at the customer's presence. Hope there will be flexibility in the service apart from appointment tye approach and also ensure calm environment. Even if there is one customer please put the air conditioner.

I have done a face wax at green trends thiruvanmayur, chennai. It's in east coast road thiruvanmayur.
The service was very ineffective and inefficient. I am unable to even wash my face it's just burning my entire face. Despite providing such service the staff there were so impolite to the customers and were telling like -"they will serve the way they want and how they know and not how the customer needs" i don't think this attitude of your staff will lead to a long term growth of your organisation. I am bringing this issue to your notice as my social responsibility so that your organisation grows and we also derive the best services from the organisation.
Hope the issue be resolved and i get some justice from your organisation for the damage. I am unable to even apply water on my face or some ice.

I have done hair smoothening on feb'17. It was not perfect. After a week i went for facial. I have informed the lady who did hair smoothening for me about my hair. She asked me whether i did hair smoothening. Totally frustrated. Lost my hair (No improvement) and my money (Smoothening - rs.7000 + shampoo, conditioner - rs.2500). Worst service in my life. After 10 days i came aboard, so i cant contact them. I raised a complaint before 2 months but still i dint get any response.
They dont give value to the customer.

I wanted to do just cleanup and massage and the supervisor suggested me to do oxy facial and she gave good comments about it, i agreed. After three days i got infection on one side of the face and it started spreading to my neck and then the other side of face as well. Now my face is covered completely with black dots and it itches. Since it started spreading fast, i checked with the doctor. The first question was did you do facial or bleach recently. I was so shocked and i didn't expect such a worst experience with green trends. Now i am under medical treatment for two months.

Smoothening service burnt my scalp and broke my hair in that area

I took smoothening service in green trends madhapur branch. ANIL is the guy who did smoothening for me.
I don't know how experienced is he, but he and everyone treats him like a professional. He recently got trained in smoothening and straightening. Just to get experience in smoothening and straightening, green trends will offer you FLAT 50% off or FLAT 3999/- for any hair length. As of he's a professional he'll test your hair texture by pulling it and he'll tell it is okay to go with smoothening. He doesn't know anything I guess. While I was having the service, the cream applied to my hair started burning my scalp. There's no one around me and I should not move. I started shouting and no one can hear because of the songs. After 10 mins that guy came and he lifted some part of my hair and allowed some air to pass to that area. After month or some days I got to see my hair broken at that burnt area. As I was not in the same city I couldn't go to the saloon. After 3 months I said this is the case what has happened. He's telling that your hair started breaking so stop using those shampoos and masks which you bought after the service. You need to buy new shampoo and mask. HE's reacting like "Nothing to worry mam, Again it's growing. Nothing has happened to your scalp" What the hell is he thinking..?? Do I need to put 2000 inr again and buy those products and go to green trends again for hair spas for repairing. And I spoke to that branch manager and said that my scalp had burnt during the service and there I lost my hair. He said he'll talk to that fellow and offer some service. I waited for 1 week and called him. He said we can provide you one hair spa. They are not at all worried about the matter. I wanted to let you know about the pathetic behaviour of your staff towards customers.
I went to your jayanagar 4th T block branch (Bangalore) to avail beauty services.

Afternoon( April 3), the beautician(Vimala) asked me whether I wanted refreshments. I said I would want
Lime juice as that was a thirst quencher. She came back after a while and said that lemon is not available but
You will get a juice made out of lemon seeds!!!???????????????????.
They were trying to make me say that I don't want it.
What sort of manners is this? Moreover they are doing this using parlours account and not from their own pocket.
Even ordinary parlours give better service than this. Green trends has it’s own Place and name in this business.

I wanted to let you know about the pathetic behaviour of your staff towards customers.
I went to your jayanagar 4th T block branch (Bangalore) to avail beauty services.
After a long session which spanned for about more than an hour on an extremely hot
Afternoon( April 3), the beautician(Vimala) asked me whether I wanted refreshments. I said I would want
Lime juice as that was a thirst quencher. She came back after a while and said that lemon is not available but
You will get a juice made out of lemon seeds!!!???????????????????.
They were trying to make me say that I don't want it.
What sort of manners is this? Moreover they are doing this using parlours account and not from their own pocket.
Even ordinary parlours give better service than this. Green trends has it’s own Place and name in this business.
I am sure you will look into this matter and do the needful.

Worst service

I had straightening at Green Trends, Hopes College branch, Coimbatore on Jan 26th and I informed that I have a complementary hair wash on Jan 29th. When I went for the complimentary hair wash, my stylist told me that there is a bend in the backside, so we'll have to do correction again. She informed me that there was only a single bend. Then, I took hair bath after 2 days and was able to acknowledge that my hair has completely turned to its previous state. It was looking like I have not had a straightening at all.
I am an IT professional working in Bangalore. I took leave and came to Coimbatore for the hair correction since the hair must be left free for 2 days after correction.
I had the hair correction on Feb 24th. After my first hair bath on 26th Feb, I was able to see bends on my hair again. It's not looking like straightened hair. Only the lower part of my hair is straight.
The stylist told that one month gap is essential to do correction. But that was false. Most of my friends and hair care websites said that the straightened hair should not be heated again for any reason atleast for 3 months. The stylist did not tell this to me.
Again I visited the salon by Feb 26th evening and showed them my hair. I did not get proper response. They told me to come on the next day (27th Feb). I went on the next day too. There was a trainer who checked my hair. His name is Suresh. I said all the happenings from beginning to him. He checked my hair. He told me to wait for a few mins. I guess he has a call with some higher management person. Then, he had a discussion with the stylist (Meena) who did me straightening. Finally, they told me that they will provide 2 complimentary spa services and again correct my hair. I disagreed and told them I have no trust and to refund my money. The manager of Coimbatore branch too spoke to me via telephone. He too said the same. He told that we will do everything as complimentary. I asked him what is the assurance you give me and how can I trust that the same will not repeat again. He replied that he can do only this and refund is not possible. He also told me that the complimentary services that they provide further will be by a trainer who is well trained. Why did they not do this first?
I feel that the money as well as my time is total waste. Why are they having people with no experience? Am I the one to experiment with??? I deeply regret choosing your salon for my straightening. It was not like this before. I had my first straightening at green trends on September, 2015. It was an excellent experience then. It's not so now. I will never suggest this salon to anyone after this.
I have attached the copy of my bill. Take necessary action. I can't be patient further. I can't waste my time again on your complimentary services. I want my money back.

I asked for trimming and they did trimming but charged for haircut.
It's very worst customer service.
Never going to green trends again and will suggest my friends also.

I am a frequent visitor of green trends chromepet. every time i go there the service people don't simply want you to have a minute f peace. s many unnecessary questions like, " are you single, are you married " etc, keeps coming. and the worst part is questions like "are you christian but you do not look like one" which i am sure nobody wants t hear. and they keep compelling you to do services that you're not even interested. green trends should surely grow up and teach their service people what to do and what not to. or else i'm sure their customer base is under stake.

Wrong billing

I took the offer on hair straightening. They did the process well, no complaints there. But the billing was completely wrong. Short and medium length hair was supposed to be for 3999. Instead they charged me for 4999 saying my hair was thick. This was not fair. Short hair is 3999, thickness is not qualified.
Also for the haircut, they said straight cut is 350. I got a straight cut but they charged me 860 for a step cut.

I had the worst experience with green trends.Such an untrained staff they are having.There charges are high but there service is too bad and this complain is against green trends mahalakshmi.They did a wrong hair cut even a layman could have done better than wat they did.

On 21st Nov 2015 I went to green trends in south boag road t nagar chennai for hair smoothening... my regular hair stylist quit so had to go with someone else.. I had to cut my hair because it was hip long and I reduced it to shoulder length.. the process of rebonding was correct but the person who did was not sincere and did not concentrate on me alone.. she attended 2 more customers..(don't remember her name) 3 hrs of process.. I did not wash my hair for 3 days as Instructed and shampooed later with l'oreal xtenso products... my hair lost it's shine and looks like I just blow dried not like rebond whatsoever... i am veryy dissapointed.. this is my second time and I know how it looks after the rebond and after first wash.. going to the salon tomo and gona ask them to fix this.. spent 9k and feeling dissapointed.. terrible service.. the lady who did it, also tried to sell me different products (wella) not l'oreal xteno (which was used during the process) or matrix opticare... I'm just soo irritated.. will go tomo and talk with them. . Hope they cooperate else I'm escalating it to higher level...

I had gone to the basaveshwarnagar branch for a hair cut and was quite satisfied with it... The next time I went for permanent hair straightening, they were in such a hurry and without a concern for my hair procedure was done... Only after coming back home did I realise that they had successfully burnt my hair.. And it looked pathetic... When I questioned them regarding the same they said its because of my thin hair... Its not the first time that I got it straightened.. But it sure was the worst... Now I have such sick looking burnt hair and everyone asks me what's wrong with it :( :(

I have never experienced such a poor serivice ever...
On 23rd -Aug'15(my wedding reception) went to Greentrends which is in race course, coimbatore...then have done Clean up(Jansense), Hair style & Make up which of no use...
Within 15 min when i went out of the parlor (in car) i wonder that my make up was fully gone and i look as like i have not done anything in my face..hair style : dey asjed me to me comb my hair and dey juz sprayed some nonsence which charged Rs 400 ...person who done a clean up was jus done wothout any care...
Totally waste of money and a messes up completely...
Porr service waste of my MONEY and tat too during my wedding reception...
Finally all i need is my money back which i wasted i the name of make up...Hope escaltions are not only to the said mail id it can go further...

This outlet is by far the worst saloon I have ever been ! No one to attend the customer, they make you wait, and people who come after you are served first ! They have no experience in serving customers the people are least experienced !
