I went to the Green Trend parlour on Sunday (28th June). This is located in Devi Nagar Main road Porur, Chennai. I had booked an appointment but i had to wait. We are not satisfied with the way the customers are treated in Green trends Ramapuram. The lady at the counter treats the customers like school kids and does not know to be courteous. Green trends the name shows and attracts customers but the service they provide is pathetic and the staff working in the front reception and manager are of no use,waste,no proper customer service,no problem solving techqniues they are just rogues sitting and fooling customer and charging money they are just a piece of .

when i tried to use my visa card, it didn't swipe. the cashier swiped it 2 times. as the printed receipt didnot emanate, i paid the amt using another card. On 06.12.2009, I Contacted one Mr.Ranjith of ICICI bank 24 hrs online. when complained about not able to swipe the card, he said the card got swiped when it was done for the second time. I 've paid the amount twice. kindly do the needful.
